The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current status of Environmental Education (EE) in four selected primary schools in Pahang, Malaysia based on international standards by UNESCO. It also aims to propose some best practices in EE for the primary school and to make recommendations for curriculum development in EE for the primary school. The study employed the case study design involving four selected national government primary schools. This study used qualitative research methods comprising in-depth interviews, observations and document analysis to collect data for analysis. Findings revealed uneven emphasis given to the implementation of EE at the four schools. It was found that projects involving environmental awareness were more prominent in one school whereas the other three schools did not emphasize on such projects. Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji pemilihan teks puisi klasik dalam buku teks Bahasa Cina menengah rendah bagi Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Menengah (KSSM). Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti kesesuaian kandungan teks puisi klasik dalam buku teks dan persepsi murid terhadap teks puisi klasik yang dipelajari dalam buku teks Bahasa Cina serta penerapan nilai murni dan estetik dalam kalangan murid menengah rendah. HistoGuide application is a smartphone application system used by sixth form students as virtual microscopy and slides to solve the problems of incorrect drawing and labelling, inability to apply magnification and scale, and inability to observe details in microscopic practical works. However, as a newly developed application, there are still many who do not understand the usability of the HistoGuide application. In building a good application, one important part is good usability. Usability testing, especially in the HistoGuide application, can show users' ease and efficiency in using the system. This research aims to develop a sixth-form HistoGuide application and study its impact on students’ drawing skills, labelling skills and motivation. The HistoGuide is developed based on the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) Model, and to identify its impact, quasi-experimental research was employed. Two sets of instruments were utilised to measure the usability and motivation. A total of 194 sixth-form students were selected as respondents through the simple random sampling technique. The Content Validity Index (CVI) from 15 experts showed that the Itemlevel CVI (I-CVI) is high and the overall validity is excellent, with Scale-level CVI/Universal Agreement (S-CVI/UA) at 0.80 and Scale-level CVI/Average (SCVI/ Ave) at 0.96, respectively. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the musical environment and the developmental music aptitude scores of Chinese children in Penang, Malaysian kindergartens. The second aspect of the study investigated whether parents' attitudes toward music, socio-economic status, and children's age have an impact on the music aptitude scores.Measures used to determine children's musical environment included the researcher-designed Home Musical Environment Questionnaire and Kindergarten Musical Experiences Questionnaire.
