Literature, which once played a prominent role in language studies was excluded from the English subject syllabus when English is established as the second language. Recently, due to the decline in English among students, its inclusion was necessary and it was then implemented as a component in the English subject in March 2000. The intent of this study was to gain a better understanding of the nature of the relationship between the use of pictures and the learning of poems, which is a genre in literature. A quasi experimental research was adopted in the investigation . The subjects involved were fifty eight form one students. They were students of SMJK Perempuan China. Pulau Pinang. Pictures were used as an aid and students also illustrated pictures on their own when asked to read the poems. Data analysis involved the use of Ancova and analysis in percentage on the perception questions based on the Likert Scale. The main aim of this article is to present recent results concerning diagonal implicitmultistage integration methods (DIMSIMs) with extrapolation in solving stiff problems. Implicit methods with extrapolation have been proven to be very useful in solving problems with stiff components. There are many articles written on extrapolation of Runge-Kutta methods however fewer articles on extrapolation were written for general linear methods. Passive extrapolation is more stable than active extrapolation as proven in many literature when solving stiff problems by the Runge-Kutta methods. This article takes the first step by investigating the performance of passive extrapolation for DIMSIMs type-2 methods. In the variable stepsize and order codes, order-2 and order-3 DIMSIMs with extrapolation are investigated for Van der Pol and HIRES problems. The aim of the study is to examine the tri-dimensional relationship between Lean, perceived service quality, and patient satisfaction in public Lean hospitals, in Malaysia. This study employs quantitative approach to collect feedback from 48 public Lean hospitals in Malaysia. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling was employed to investigate the proposed measurement model and structural model. The findings showed that overall synergic effects of Lean practices particularly in the Strategy and alignment, Behaviour and engagement, and Process management have significant and positive relationship with perceived service quality. Additionally, perceived service quality has been found to have significant and positive relationship with patient satisfaction. However, none of the Lean practices has a significant impact on patient satisfaction. Diagonally implicit multistage integration methods (DIMSIMs) are widely utilized in finding the solution to any problems in the subject of ordinary differential equations. These methods are selected from the general linear methods, which is considerable potential for efficient implementations.
