The purpose of this study is to analyze parental savings for children’s tertiary education. This  study used  a  questionnaire set  as  the  research  instrument  and  purposive  sampling  method had been adopted for data collection purposes. A total of 392 respondents; which were   comprised  of  parents  with  children  at  tertiary  education  level  participated  in  this  study.  Data  were  analyzed  through  mean,  frequency,  percentage,  multiple  regression  analysis  tests  and  were  processed  by  using  SPSS  software  version  23.    The  results  showed, there is no significant difference between number of parents who make savings and the  number of parents who do not make savings for their children’s tertiary education. The purpose of this research is to examine the factors affecting SMEs’credit risk and credit risk assessment based on blockchain-driven supply chain finance. This research mainly includes three objectives: The first objective is to examine whether the financing enterprises, core enterprises, assets position under financing, blockchain platform and supply chain operation have significant impacts on credit risk by using logistic regression and entropy method. The panel data were collected from CSMAR on fifty-six SMEs, eight core enterprises and twenty-six blockchain enterprises in the period of 2016-2020. Kajian berbentuk tinjauan dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti tahap pengetahuan guru prasekolah melaksanakan pendekatan belajar melalui bermain (PBMB) dalam pembelajaran Matematik awal. Tambahan pula, kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti perbezaan antara tahap pengetahuan guru prasekolah melaksanakan pendekatan belajar melalui bermain mengikut pengalaman mengajar. Seramai 108 orang guru prasekolah daerah Kuantan di negeri Pahang menjadi sampel kajian ini. Data kajian dikumpul menggunakan instrumen soal selidik dan dianalisis dengan perisian Statistical Package for Sosial Science (SPSS) Version 27.0. Data yang diperolehi dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Ujian-t. Dapatan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahawa tahap pengetahuan guru prasekolah melaksanakan pendekatan belajar melalui bermain dalam pembelajaran Matematik awal adalah pada tahap sangat tinggi (M=4.40, SP=0.388). This study explores the evolution of three literature works namely Fifth Chinese Daughter by Jade Snow Wong; The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan; Everything I Never Told You and Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng over time and examines the feelings of belonging and security experienced by the female characters in these works. The research objectives are to identify the influences of the authors_ social and cultural backgrounds on their novels; to classify the faces of the absence of security and belonging among the female characters and to explore the manifestations of the security and belonging as represented in the selected novels. The study aimed to examine the effect of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on Boundary-Spanning Behavior (BSB) among frontline employees in China_s hotel industry and to test the mediating role of Organizational Embeddedness (OE) in this relationship.This study applied a quantitative research approach. The questionnaires were used for data collection. Using a stratified random sampling technique, 410 frontline employees from star-rated hotels in China were selected to participate in the study. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with the aid of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) software. The findings showed the R2 of 0.619, indicating that 61.9% of the variation in BSB is explained by LMX and OE. The findings also revealed that LMX has a significant and positive effect on OE (_=0.751, p=0.000) while both the LMX (_=0.499, p=0.000) and OE (_=0.339, p=0.000) have a significant and positive effect on BSB. Early 20th century initiatives by Xiao Youmei and Zakharoff established a foundation for systematic piano education in China, while competitions such as Tcherepnin's in the 1930s spurred the creation of child-centric piano pieces.
