This dissertation aims to explore the integration of Confucian humanistic thought with modern Chinese enterprise management. Employing a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative and quantitative research, it analyzes key elements, pathways, and effects of integrating Confucian principles into corporate governance through typical enterprise case studies. Furthermore, utilizing questionnaire surveys and interviews, it investigates employee satisfaction regarding the incorporation of these ideas into management practices. Finally, a systematic comparative analysis is conducted based on the findings from both types of research.The study reveals that the impact of integrating Confucian humanistic thought into modern Chinese enterprise management varies across dimensions such as employee satisfaction and market competitiveness.
