The study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Tahfizh Quran Teaching program to children using the Stufflebeam_s Context, Input, Process and Product Assessment Model (CIPP). The study of this qualitative approach uses the design of a case study on two Islamic universities in Aceh, Indonesia. They were chosen because they had an intensive Tahfizh Quran program for children. The purposive sampling involves two teachers, two principals, two parents, and two children who are enrolled in the two kindergartens. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Semi-structured interview forms, observation forms and document analysis forms are used as research instruments. The thematic analysis has been selected, and the following theme appears in each of the CIPP dimension.
