Women can never be separated from the issue of family commitment in their careers after marriage. The involvement of female engineer shows that it starts to become less and less as the years went by due to the married women facing more conflicts and challenges when they are trying to have a balance between their career and family. Career challenges are anything that prevents future movements from developing or making any progress or any incidents and conditions that make the career development difficult to move forward. Therefore, this study aims to obtain a consensus or an expert agreement regarding career challenges among female engineer who are married. Construct validity and reliability of manufacturing industry: a rasch measurement model approaches for pilot study

This pilot study was conducted to examine and verify the reliability of instruments for the manufacturing industry in Malaysia. The manufacturing industry instruments that had been prepared consists of 88 items and is distributed to 40 female workers from several factories located in Kedah, Perak, and Selangor. The purpose of the establishment of this instrument is to measure the three main constructs of this study, which is; (1) career aspiration; (2) job satisfaction; and (3) career development. The approach used to examine the validity and reliability of the items and respondents in this study is emanate from the Rasch Measurement Model Approaches which is much more valid and well-grounded compared to just focus on the output produced by Cronbach’s Alpha. Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) is an important path for the development of vocational education skills itself. The implementation of the Vocational College Standard Curriculum (VCSC) at a Vocational College (VC) is a major challenge to the teaching staff involved. One of the courses offered in the program of Construction Technology is Computer-Aided Design (CAD) program which requires the use of AutoCAD software in the process of drawing. The almost non-existence or the unavailability of the textbooks for referrals makes it hard and difficult for most of the non-option teachers to find the direction of teaching that they want to deliver. Currently, there is a program called Construction Technology at Vocational College, which offered Computer-aided Design (CAD) courses. These courses require the creation of designs by using a CAD software application called AutoCAD. In accordance with that, each of the Construction Technology program instructors needs to increase their own values and importance that is in line with the implementation of the Vocational College Standard Curriculum (VCSC) which included the skills of using AutoCAD software. Innovation of easy learning basic pattern for beginners as teaching materials in field of sewing

This study aims to develop a teaching tool called Easy Learning Basic Pattern for Beginners to solve problems that arise when students design patterns. The selected sample involved Form 4 students who took the Household Science subject to determine the effectiveness of this teaching aid innovation. A questionnaire containing 32 items was distributed to the respondents and analysed descriptively using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences software version 23. The study found that students’ perceptions towards the proposed teaching aid are high in terms of understanding and interest in sewing. The results can help students to understand the steps to design patterns correctly and serves as one of the teaching aids that can be utilised by teachers in teaching sewing.
