The purpose of this research was to study the implementation of PEKA in teaching of water pollution topic, for the subject of Biology for Form Four. Sixty students of Sekolah Menengah Sains Pokok Sena, Kedah were selected as samples in this research. Students were divided into two groups, thirty students were placed in experimental group which was involved in PEKA implementation (constructivism and 5E Learning Cycle module), while another thirty students were placed in control group which was involved in constructivism study only. Pre test, post test, questionnaire and interview were applied in this research. Data obtained in this research have been tested by using inferential statistics, t-test to differentiate students’ achievement between the two groups, experimental group and control group.
