Ekspresi seni dan komunikasi visual murid berkeperluan khas dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Seni Visual sekolah rendah
Ida Puteri Mahsan

Mental health digital interventions technology: A systematic review
Ida Puteri Mahsan
The well-being and quality of life of an individual are greatly influenced by their mental health. Regardless of these functional as well as emotional issues, relatively few individuals seek therapy because of obstacles including stigma and a lack of funds. Numerous mental health disorders and problems were found to benefit from digital interventions. A known standard practice for performing a systematic literature review, the research applies the pre-recording systematic reviews Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) technique. Two databases, PubMed as well as Scopus, from the years 2020 to 2022, were employed to analyze the study's approach. Therefore, this study proposed a thorough and systematic analysis of the intervention method and the efficacy of digital treatments applied to enhance mental health in a setting relevant to students and young adults. The research findings of this study revealed two main themes, namely intervention technology m.....

ARTech review: E-learning of visual arts education
Ida Puteri Mahsan
The development of modern technologies, applying pedagogical principles, has enabled a new educational paradigm of teaching and learning in visual art. The basic task is to cultivate creative ability, human aesthetics, and appreciation. Using e-learning can encourage students to become more aware of themselves. Communicating and feeling connected to others are critical for students in online settings. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview literature in e-learning, art education, educational technology, and other education-related fields, to articulate: 1) what is currently known about online teaching and learning, (2) how the field has been conceptualized in the various research in education, and (3) what might be useful areas for future research. The database from Scopus, Mendeley and ERIC from the year 2020 – 2022 were used. This study employed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach to recognized standard for executi.....

Communication Technology-Enhanced Collaborative and Constructivism Learning in Improving Students’ Skills on Artworks Production: A Structural Equation Modelling Approach
Lee Hoi Yeh, Wong Yoke Seng, Norzuraina Binti Mohd Nor, Ida Puteri binti Mahsan
21st century learning is a dynamic and interconnected educational environment that leverages technology, fosters collaboration, and supports continuous and personalized learning. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between learning outcomes, learning contents, deliver y strategies, learning activities and assessment forms in Structured Technology-Enhanced Collaborative (ST-EC) Learning Environment. To fulfil the research purpose, we developed a questionnaire with sufficient reliability as an instrument to evaluate teachers’ perspectives on five components in the ST-EC learning environment. The valid responses were collected from 240 primary school teachers. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis was used to examine the relationship between the constructs in the hypothesised model. Given that the structural model exhibited a good fit to the data (CFI = 1.934; IFI = 0.989; TFI = 0.912; and RMSEA = 0.063). The findings reveal the significant relevance of the m.....

The Visual Rhetoric in Comics for Reader Interpretation and Engagement to Meaning-Making in the Medium
Muliyati Binti Mat Alim, Ida Puteri binti Mahsan, Mohd Fauzi Bin Harun
Comics are a unique form of sequential art that combines text and visual graphics to tell a story. In academic circles, the purposeful use of visual elements to convey meaning or visual rhetoric has been gaining increasing attention. This research explores how comics' use of visual rhetoric affects readers' interpretations of and interactions with the medium. Additionally, the study seeks to explore how the discussion about models and concepts used affects readers' interactions with the medium and their meaning-making processes. To achieve this, the research employed qualitative methods, using descriptive and semi-systematic approaches to gather information on visual rhetoric related to three predetermined objectives. The study's results advance the field of comics studies by offering new insights into the potential of visual rhetoric to convey complex ideas and abstract concepts. It also contributes to the academic study of comics by providing fresh perspectives on using visual rhetor.....

Federated learning-driven collaborative recommendation system for multi-modal art analysis and enhanced recommendations
Ida Puteri binti Mahsan
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, recommendation systems have been widely applied in various fields. However, in the art field, art similarity search and recommendation systems face unique challenges, namely data privacy and copyright protection issues. To address these problems, this article proposes a cross-institutional artwork similarity search and recommendation system (AI-based Collaborative Recommendation System (AICRS) framework) that combines multimodal data fusion and federated learning. This system uses pre-trained convolutional neural networks (CNN) and Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers (BERT) models to extract features from image and text data. It then uses a federated learning framework to train models locally at each participating institution and aggregate parameters to optimize the global model. Experimental results show that the AICRS framework achieves a final accuracy of 92.02% on the SemArt dataset, compared to 81.....
