This study aimed at testing the validity of the measurement model Teacher Leadership Practices. The measurement tools of the validity and reliability of the Teacher Leadership Practice consists of 53 items with seven domains i) Facilitating improvements in instruction and student learning, ii) Leadership attributes and skills, iii) Developing the organization through management and administration, iv) Fostering a collaborative culture to support educator development and student learning, v) Practicing professional learning for continuous improvement, vi) Enhancing collaboration with various stakeholders, vii) Making exemplary contribution towards becoming referral leader. The study involved 150 primary and secondary school teachers from several schools in the state of Perak and Selangor in Malaysia.
