Kebangsaan Bukit Assek Sibu Sarawak. Faktor-faktor yang dikaji adalah faktor sikap pelajar, faktor
rakan sebaya, faktor ibu bapa dan faktor guru. Kajian ini telah menggunakan soal selidik sebagai
instrumen dan melibatkan seramai 30 orang responden. Kaedah persampelan yang digunakan ialah
persampel bukan kebarangkalian iaitu persampelan bertujuan. Kajian rintis yang dijalankan di
Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Assek terhadap 30 orang responden dan nilai alpha cronbach adalah
0.81. Data-data yang diperolehi diproses dengan menggunakan perisian SPSS (Statistical Packages
for Social Science) versi 21 . Kolerasi Pearson, ANOVA, Ujian-t, Peratus, Min dan Sisihan Piawai

| 2 | 2021 Article | Interaction module development based on higher order thinking skills Zaharah Osman This research aims to study the development process of learning modules in order to increase the interaction between teachers and children based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in story-telling activities. The development process involves material preparation, expert review, and module content assessment. This module development process employs four experts from different fields. A few suggestions have been identified and improvements were made based on the suggestions given. The revised module is assessed for content accuracy by four evaluators, where two are early childhood education experts and two are kindergarten teachers. There are three aspects that are evaluated, which are module delivery and presentation, module content, and language presentation. Findings show this module has good verified content and meets the targets of the evaluators who are experts in their field, and module target users. | 3 | 2021 Article | Issues and challenges of the implementation of hots in religious teaching in Malaysia Mohd Syaubari Othman The application of High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the teaching and learning system of Dini Integrated Curriculum (DIC) and Tahfiz Integrated Curriculum (TIC) is in line with its main goal which is to produce balanced and excellent students based on 'aqli and naqli to prepare future scholars and religious muthaqqaf. This is because the ability to relate 'aqli and naqli requires dynamic reasoning ability. However, DIC and TIC are new curricula that have been appointed as the national curriculum in Malaysia. Therefore, this study aims to explore the issues experienced by teachers in conducting HOTS-based teaching in the DIC and TIC curriculum. | 4 | 2021 Article | Physical fitness key parameter for sport schools young athletes in Malaysia Elumalai, Gunathevan Physical fitness plays an important role in athlete for many purposes such as selection and talent identification. The purpose of this study is to identify the key parameter that contributed the most in young athlete in sport schools in Malaysia. A total of n=5400 athletes from 5 sport schools around Malaysia were participating in this study. 8 tests were used to measure physical fitness that is Standing Broad Jump, Standing Medicine Ball, Sprint 40-meter, 40m x 10 Shuttle run, Sit and Reach, Sit up, Push up, and Vertical jump. Descriptive statistic and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) were used to conduct a statistical analysis for this study. Result of the analysis found that there are several parameters were identified as the key parameters of physical fitness for sport school athletes in Malaysia. Conclusion, this study expanding the influence and relation between physical fitness motor componence and the athlete and further study is needed and recommended.

| 5 | 2021 Article | Validity and reliability of the health education assessment module (MoPPK) among Primary Students in Malaysia Faiznur Maisya Annur Sani The study was conducted to obtain the validity and reliability of the Health Education Assessment Module. It is developed for the teachers to learn and facilitate the teaching of topics on the subjects of Health Education on the Malaysian school syllabus. The design of the study is quantitative and the survey method is used to collect data. The MoPPK module has been certified by thirteen experts in the relevant fields of Health Education and eight experts from Malay Language. A total of 40 primary students from standard four from Georgetown Penang Division were selected to test the reliability of the module activity by evaluating the effectiveness of assessment after teaching session of every topic in related subjects. The findings show that the module has a good validity of 88.77% with the value of Alpha Cronbach .825. While, the value of reliability is in high range which is .969. | 6 | 2021 Article | The judicial interpretation of Syariah and civil court for Non-Muslim transgender Hazhari Ismail The life of non-Muslim transgender is influenced by the views on sexual minority act or actions of various religions. This work will examine the problems facing by transgender among Hindu and Buddhist followers in Malaysia within a civil law. On top of that, this work also examined the Muslim transgender case heard at Syariah court law. The work underlined the need for non-Muslim transgender to have the cases in the civil court. In addition, western ideologies have also motivated non-Muslim transgender to legalize transgender as a third gender identity in Malaysia. In addition, in Syariah court jurisdiction, non-Muslim transgender was not affected. This research also suggested that Article 121(1A) prevail, upholding the both Civil court and Syariah courts; two different jurisdictions. The future work will be focused on non-Muslim LGBT identities and religious beliefs.

Different positions and different characteristics of the team's physical demand is different, in the overall arrangement of physical training on the basis of the specific analysis of individual characteristics. At the present stage, physical training is often ignored or not comprehensive enough, so as to fail to achieve the desired effect of training.

| 8 | 2021 Article | Creative drama as a teaching tool in the classroom Muhammad Faisal Ahmad Previous studies revealed that creative drama has its own advantage in terms of education. In this study, creative drama has been implemented to prove that it has its own role as a teaching tool in the classroom. A qualitative research design was used and data was collected from 10 children as samples in the District of Rawang, Selangor. This study used questionnaire and continuous record as instruments. The study was carried out for two weeks. In this study, the use of creative drama as a teaching tool was found to hold influence over comprehension and behaviour of children in the classroom. It can therefore be concluded that creative drama has a significant role as a teaching tool in the classroom.

| 9 | 2021 Article | What keep you loyal to your telecommunication services provider? Nallaluthan, Kesavan Fierce rivalry among the major players in the Malaysian telecommunications industry was evident despite tremendous growth in recent years. This competitive environment was driven by fluctuating consumer brand loyalty which has become a major concern. Hence, this study examined the factors that influence brand loyalty in the telecommunications industry which includes corporate image, confidence, service efficiency, and switching costs, as well as the importance of these factors. The study employed a quantitative research method and a structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. 249 usable responses were obtained and the data were analyzed using SPSS. The results indicated that corporate image and trust were significant while service quality was marginally supported. In contradiction, switching cost was insignificant in predicting customer loyalty. Trust was found to be a strong predictor of brand loyalty.

In Malaysia, family financial management modules are also included in marriage courses. This study was conducted to explain the problems of family financial management's benefits in the pre-marriage course module in Malaysia and to identify the theory of maslahah and family financial management benefits by using a qualitative approach then will be analyzed through descriptive analysis methods. The findings show that the family's financial management in the pre-marriage course has several benefits. It becomes a dharuriyyat need or a fundamental need to maintaining the property. The findings are expected to help parties of pre-marital courses to discuss or improve family financial management on course modules, so it can create of a harmonious and wise family in leading the family economy
