This study aims to analyse the impact of Entrepreneurial Competencies, Innovation, and Business Success among owners and managers in Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) to address the  high rate of business failure. Quantitative approaches through the use of survey were used in this  study. Data were collected using questionnaires involving 407 owners and managers of SMEs in  manufacturing, services and other sectors. Respondents were chosen using using Stratified Random  Sampling technique. Multiple Regression Analysis indicated that 53 percent of the variation in  Business Success were explained by Entrepreneurial Competencies and Innovation. The findings also  showed that Entrepreneurial Competencies contributed significantly to Business Success (β=0.190,  S.E=0.051) and Innovation (β=0.198, S.E=0.013). As a developing country strategically located in Southeast Asia, Malaysia is faced with the threat of territorial and maritime disputes from neighboring countries, especially after the declaration of New Map in 1979. According to this dispute, research was about to see the importance of bilateral negotiation mechanism than other mechanisms in solving the two case studies of territorial disputes based on selected cases of the Celebes Sea and Limbang border. There are three main objectives of this study. First, analyzed territorial dispute highlights which Malaysia had been involve as well as the chosen mechanism. Kajian ini bertujuan meninjau persepsi tenaga akademik terhadap kemampuan Bahasa Melayu berfungsi sebagai bahasa pengantar utama ilmu dalam bidang Sains dan Teknologi di Institusi Pengajian Tinggi (IPT). Selain itu, fokus kajian turut merangkumi analisis terhadap penggunaan Bahasa Melayu sebagai bahasa pengantar dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran di IPT dalam bidang tersebut. This study was carried out in response to the announcement of the reversal of the ETeMS policy (English in the Teaching of Mathematics and Science) which had been practiced by teachers in Malaysia since 2003. The Ministry of Education took a drastic approach in gradually halting this controversial policy for several related reasons, namely the poor performance of students and teachers in applying the policy and also political pressure by Malay language activists. The main objective of the study is to investigate whether or not the application of CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning), in this case is the application of teaching courseware, is one of the contributing factors to the failure of ETeMS. Climate change has been held responsible for a number of environmental changes currently taking place in the world. Water resource is one of the aspects of the environment that are showing signs of the detrimental effects of climate change. In Malaysia, water resource is always viewed as something which can be obtained easily. The aim of the study was to examine the water crisis in the state of Selangor in February and March 2014. The methodology employed was participant-c bservation technique and secondary data analysis. The finding was that In February and March 2014, many parts of Peninsular Malaysia experienced hot and dry weather. The state of Selangor bore the hardest brunt of this dry spell. The extended period of this dry spell caused lowering of water levels in most rivers resulting in the dipping of dam levels. Since the water supply system of the state depends wholly on surface water, the decrease in dam levels resulted in decreased volume of raw water that could be treated .....

Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk meneliti serta menganalisis peranan kurator dan kuratorial di Balai Seni Visual Negara (BSVN). Berasaskan sudut pandangan pendidikan, penyelidikan ini juga bertujuan menjelaskan bentuk pendidikan secara nonformal dan informal yang berlaku ke atas peranan kurator dan kuratorial Balai Seni Visual Negara (BSVN). Bakat Muda Sezaman (BMS) tahun 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 dan 2010 dijadikan kajian kes untuk memahami perkembangan peranan kurator dan kuratorial di BSVN. Penyelidikan ini menggunakan pendekatan penyelidikan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dari temu bual, pemerhatian, sumber dokumen dan rakaman gambar. Penyelidikan ini menggunakan Model Interaktif yang diperkenalkan oleh Miles dan Huberman untuk kaedah analisis data kajian. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keberkesanan Kaedah "Negotiated Drawing". Kaedah ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran melukis dalam kalangan murid Sekolah Rendah. Kajian kualitatif ini menggunakan kaedah temu bual, pemerhatian dan analisis artifak untuk mengukur perubahan, perkembangan kemahiran dan minat murid dalam lukisan. Maklumat pencapaian murid dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan ujian pra dan ujian pasca. Seramai 26 orang murid Tahun 2, 3 dan 5 di SK Rumah Mentali, Subis dipilih sebagai informan kajian. Daripada penyelidikan yang dijalankan, hasil kajian menunjukkan Kaedah "Negotiated Drawing" memberi kesan yang baik terhadap peningkatan kemahiran murid dalam melukis. Selain itu, dapatan dari aspek minat murid adalah positif mengikut eviden yang dikumpul terhadap pencapaian murid.
