Abstract

This research shows us the morals and educational aspects in the poetry of abi firas al-hamdani in the prison of Byzantium the research consists of three chapters as follows: The first chapter includes translation for the life of abi firas al- hamdani since his birthday until his assisnation in the year of three hundred and fifty seven in the fourth century of higrah. The second chapter includes the morals and educational aspects in the poetry of abi firas al-ham dani such as: Honoring ones parents- patience – courage-fulfillment-patriotism –trust in god and so on. The third chapter in cludes texts of study in the sector of rhetoric and criticism then the research proved that the poet had succeeded in all texts of study because he was having emotional experience and achieved organic unity and used the rhetorical methods. The mediating effect of organizational justice on the relationship between compensation strategy and employee performance among academic staff in Iraqi universities

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of compensation strategy (CS) on employee performance in Iraqi universities. In addition, the study identified the mediating role of organisational justice (OJ) on the relationship between compensation strategy(CS) and employee performance (EP). The population of this study comprised of 29,435 academic staff from 22 Iraqi universities in the middle and southern territory of Iraq. A sample was selected by using stratified random sampling. A sample which include 400 academic staffs was selected by using stratified random sampling technique.. A questionnaires was developed and verified for its construct validity and reliability based on the arbitrators of six (6) experts. Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti persepsi murid Dual-Language Programme (DLP) terhadap Kemahiran Dwibahasa dan Penguasaan Istilah serta mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai hubungan Kemahiran Dwibahasa dan Penguasaan Istilah terhadap Kemahiran Berfikir Aras Tinggi (KBAT) bagi topik Nutrisi dan Sistem Pencernaan Manusia dalam kalangan murid tingkatan 4 Sains di SBPI. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk kajian deskriptif menggunakan kaedah tinjauan dipilih untuk menjawab tiga persoalan kajian dan dua hipotesis kajian. Seramai 154 orang murid dipilih sebagai sampel kajian yang melibatkan dua buah sekolah di daerah Gombak iaitu Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Rawang (SEPINTAR) dan Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Gombak (INTEGOMB). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah soal selidik tinjauan yang diadaptasi daripada literatur sedia ada. Kesemua item diukur dengan format skala Likert 5 mata.
