Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between CSR practices, ISO 26000, and performance among Malaysian automotive suppliers. A survey through questionnaire was conducted to determine the level of CSR practices, ISO 26000, and performance measurement. 288 sets of questionnaire were successfully collected which indicated a 72% response rate. Structural equation modeling technique was utilized to perform the required statistical analysis of the data survey. In order to test the reliability and validity of the instruments, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Findings indicate that the relationship between CSR practices and performance were positively and significantly and CSR practices also was positive and significant related to ISO 26000. ISO 26000 was direct positive and significant relationship to performance. Therefore, ISO 26000 mediate the relationship between CSR practices and performance. The results i.....

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between environmental information system and environmental performance for Malaysian manufacturing industry. This study is to examine the environmental information system (technology and processes) and environmental performance (financial performance and operational performance). This study proposed conceptual model between environmental information system and environmental performance for Malaysian manufacturing industry. Based on the proposed conceptual model, research hypothesis are being used and tested. Thus, this study provides new insights for the environmental information system to improve environmental performance for Malaysian manufacturing industry...

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Human Resource (HR) practices (training, career development, compensation and performance appraisal) and teachers' job satisfaction. Correlational method was used and data were collected by using questionnaires from teachers pursuing their studies in one of the public universities in Malaysia. Simple random sampling technique was utilized and 148 teachers were selected as the research sample. The value of Cronbach's Alpha obtained was 0.923 meaning that the research instrument was reliable. Data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation and regression analysis. Results showed that training (r = 0.52, P ..

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of environmental cost (EC) and environmental management system (EMS) on organizational performance (OPM) for Malaysian manufacturing industry. The data were collected from 395 manufacturing companies in Malaysia using online questionnaire. This study utilized structural equation modeling technique to test the research hypotheses. The findings showed that there were positive and significant effect of EC on EMS (β=0.637, p..

Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to examine the relationship between environmental cost (EC) on organisational performance (OPM) through an environmental management system (EMS) as the mediating variable. Design/methodology/approach: A total of 2,600 manufacturers were identified and consequently selected as the entire study population. Additionally, this study used the structural equation modelling technique to identify the mediator effects of EMS between EC and OPM. Findings: The EC and EMS relationship on OPM produced direct and indirect consequences. Hence, it is concluded that manufacturing industry in Malaysia are focused on the OPM when implementing EC and EMS. Originality/value: The model would incorporate EC and EMS implementation on OPM in the Malaysian manufacturing industry. This study could also be advantageous to the industry in improving EC, EMS and OPM. ? 2021, Emerald Publishing Limited...

Abstract
ABSTRACT This study identifies firefly population areas along the Sepetang River using Geographic Information System (GIS) buffer analysis. The focus is on Pteroptyx tener, which thrives in mangrove ecosystems, especially around Sonneratia caseolaris (Berembang trees). Field data were collected over six months from ten stations along the river to analyze firefly abundance concerning surrounding land use and vegetation types. Buffer zones of 50, 100, and 150 meters were applied to assess the impact of environmental factors and human activities on firefly populations. The results revealed that Station 6 had the highest firefly concentration, attributed to its dense Berembang tree cover. These findings emphasize the significance of mangrove conservation for sustaining firefly habitats. This research highlights the effective use of GIS in ecological conservation and underscores the need for protective buffer zones to mitigate the impacts of urbanization on firefly populations. Abstract
For children who need extra academic support in their study, particularly at the primary and secondary education levels, tutoring services are crucial. Students frequently have trouble selecting tutors who are suited for them and who fit their tastes. The current web applications simply offer a form to search for tutors, so they currently lack responsive components. The same is true of tuition, which required students to travel from one site to another in search of a tuition centre. The purpose of this study is to address the inherent problem of matching students and teachers with appropriate tutors, particularly for Additional Mathematic topics. Since concept mistakes and transformation errors in Additional Mathematics and Modern Mathematics, respectively, were significantly different across performance levels, it may be inferred from the findings of SF Fuzi, WH Hassan, SN Zainudin, and SR Jama, 2020. Conceptual and transformational errors were more pronounced among student.....
