This study was conducted to determine the level of planning and preparation for the contents of the Physical Education teacher in the implementation of Physical Education curriculum form four of the strand physical fitness. The instrument was a structured interview checklist form. The sample consisted of 50 teachers who teach physical education options in secondary schools in Gombak District. Findings showed that all items in muscular strength component have mean score at the highest level. Based on the overall mean score, the level of planning and preparation for the Physical Education teacher toward curriculum content is high (m = 4:33; sd = .79). The Muslim Maranaos in Mindanao, Philippines established the Lanao Sultanate in 1616 and it continues until today as a traditional governance.
