Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to investigate mediating effect of Organizational Culture (OC) on the relationship between Total Quality Management Practices (TQMP) and Secondary School Performance (SSP) in Abu Dhabi. The study objectives are to identify the relationship between TQMP and SSP; TQMP and OC; OC and SSP; and the mediating effect of OC in the relationship between TQMP and SSP. A quantitative research design was adopted. A total of 320 senior staff were chosen as a sample through stratified random sampling technique. The three instruments used were TQMP, OC and SSP. Data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for data reduction as well as structure identification for all the variables. Analysis of a Moment Structures-Structural Equation Modeling (AMOS-SEM) software and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. The findings showed that significant relationship was found between TQMP and SSP (β=0.74, p..

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of customer experience dimensions i.e., comfort, security, and usability, on customer happiness, the effect of customer experience dimensions and customer happiness on e-government portal success, as well as the effect of customer happiness as a mediator in the relationship between customer experience dimensions and egovernment success. This study adopted a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 400 users of TAMM, the Abu Dhabi egovernment portal, were selected through stratified random sampling technique. The Covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (CBSEM) using IBM SPSS AMOS software was utilised to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that all the customer experience dimensions, namely comfort (β=0.318, pvalue=0.001), security (β=0.289, p-value=0.001), and usability (β=0.310, p-value=0.000) have significant effects on customer happiness at a significance level of 0.05. The effect of customer experience dimensi.....

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the technological innovation and its effect on operation efficiency of the Oil and Gas Sector of the United Arab Emirates. The causal research design was employed through quantitative research methodology, using selfadministered online surveys for data collection. The purposive sampling technique selected 253 respondents of 5 ADNOC group and its subsidiaries from ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Drilling, ADNOC Sour Gas and ADNOC LNG.. The study used regression, correlational, and descriptive statistics to analyse the proposed conceptual framework where after regression, Advanced Robotics significantly predicted OPE, F(1, 251) = 590.627, p < 0.001, which indicates that AR can plays a significant role in shaping OPE (b = 0.821, p < 0.001) hence HI supported. Autonomous under Water Vehicles significantly predicted OPE, F(1, 251) = 761.505, p < 0.001, which indicates that AU can play a significant role in shaping OPE (b = 0.867, p < 0.001). Arti.....
