Abstract

Kemahiran berfikir secara penyebatian dalam penulisan karangan mendapati memberi kesan terhadap pencapaian murid, terutamanya murid bukan Melayu. Sehubungan itu, guru-guru perlu mahir untuk mengaplikasikan kemahiran berfikir dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran Bahasa Melayu. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti cara guru-guru mengaplikasikan kemahiran berfikir dalam pengajaran penulisan karangan untuk murid-murid bukan Melayu peringkat sekolah rendah tahun 5. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa kesediaan guru Bahasa Melayu terhadap kepentingan pengaplikasian kemahiran berfikir dalam penulisan karangan min adalah 4.14, (S.P. = .48). Selain itu, dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan bahawa guru-guru berpengetahuan dan faham tentang konsep mengaplikasikan kemahiran berfikir adalah pada tahap yang tinggi iaitu min 4.07, (S.P. = .54). Constructing a conceptual framework of the smart apparel design using KJ methods for the disabled elderly

Abstract

This study is to extract the keywords from the literature review as the guideline factor to construct the best conceptual framework of the smart apparel design for disabled elderly in folks' home. Based on the problem occurred in Old Folks Home in Kajang, Selangor, fifteen disabled elderly at the aged of 50 to 70 years old with half body paralysed were participating in this study. Recently, the patients or health worker is having difficulties in changing disabled, elderly garments. They are also facing various problem on the accessibility for medical examination daily in the Folks Home Centre. The KJ method technique and literature reviews is used to develop the conceptual framework in order to identify the gap and needs of the user in their daily garment. Abstract

This paper focuses on the theory and concept of Professional Learning Community (PLC/KPP) and its strategies on students’ achievement in public university and institutes of teacher education. Professional Learning Community has specific strategies to improve student achievement. PLC refers to the education institution’s culture that encourages continuous learning among educators in their institutions. The teaching culture is not considered as an individual’s job but it is more about obtaining criticism and performing improvements. Lecturers play an important role in ensuring that their students’ future is brighter and more outstanding. Educators need to take action in terms of acquiring, creating and transferring their knowledge to students based on the professional learning community approach. It involves building a learning community in their classrooms. Researchers and professional organizations have cited the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process as having the potential to impact student achievement positively. Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan dan mengenal pasti kebolehgunaan aplikasi Go Space 4 dalam Pembelajaran Berasaskan Permainan (PBP) bagi topik Ruang untuk murid Tahun Empat. Penyelidikan ini menggunakan pendekatan Penyelidikan Reka Bentuk Pembangunan (PRP), berasaskan model ADDIE yang terdiri daripada tiga fasa. Fasa pertama adalah fasa analisis keperluan, melibatkan 76 orang guru opsyen Matematik sekolah rendah dari daerah Batang Padang. Dapatan menunjukkan terdapat keperluan dalam membangunkan aplikasi mudah alih, di mana guru memerlukan bahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang berasaskan teknologi. Peringkat seterusnya melibatkan proses reka bentuk dan pembangunan, di mana tujuh orang pakar digunakan untuk menilai kesahihan kandungan aplikasi.
