The effect of caffeine on recovery in sprinters Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idirs

Abstract

Research on the effect of caffeine is widening all over the world and caffeine is most likely known as an ergogenic aid in enhancing sports performance and recovery faster. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of caffeine on recovery heart rate in UPSI Sprinters. Individual heart rate produced may vary at different time of the day and their food intake. 10 male sprinter athletes (n=IO) from Fox Athletics Club of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris had participated in this study. Participants were divided into two groups, caffeine group (n=5) and control group (n=5) accordingly. Training sessions were conducted with one week interval and sprint training were performed by the sprinters as the exercise load method. Control group was not given any caffeine (0.00 mg/kg) while the caffeine group was given 3.00-3.50 mg/kg of caffeine dosage before the training session begun. The sprint training involved sprinting in distance set of 10m, 30m, 50m, 80m and 100m with 5 minutes rest.....

Abstract

Pada era pendidikan yang semakin berkembang, penggunaan grafik dalam pembelajaran Ujian Penilaian Kelas Kafa (UPKK) tahun 5 memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kefahaman dan prestasi pelajar bagi sesuatu topik. Grafik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat bantu visual dan memberi dimensi visual, tetapi juga sebagai medium yang efektif untuk menyampaikan sesuatu perkara dengan cara yang menarik dan mudah difahami. Grafik dalam Pembelajaran dan Pengajaran (PdP) Ujian Penilaian Kelas Kafa tahun 5 melibatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai subjek subjek yang melibatkan keagamaan dan cabaran yang dihadapi dalam pengajaran di kelas Kafa. Hingga kini, kaedah pembelajaran yang mengendalikan cara tradisional masih menjadi pilihan utama dalam proses pengajaran tetapi ia adalah kurang menarik dan kurang interaktif, menyebabkan kurangnya minat dan pemahaman yang mendalam dalam kalangan pelajar. The relationship between technology acceptance model and DELIMA platform management among secondary schools principls in the state of Perak

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between principals' technology acceptance and the management of the Digital Educational Learning Initiative Malaysia (DELIMa) platform in secondary schools across Perak. Recognizing the critical role of ICT in school leadership, this study explores how principals_ perceptions and attitudes toward technology influence the management and integration of the DELIMa platform. A quantitative approach using a survey design was employed, with responses collected from 152 secondary school principals. The instrument combined elements of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Six Facets of Technology Management, measuring perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude, intention, actual usage, and management dimensions such as evaluation, integration, planning, implementation, training, and change.
