Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to investigate mediating effect of Organizational Culture (OC) on the relationship between Total Quality Management Practices (TQMP) and Secondary School Performance (SSP) in Abu Dhabi. The study objectives are to identify the relationship between TQMP and SSP; TQMP and OC; OC and SSP; and the mediating effect of OC in the relationship between TQMP and SSP. A quantitative research design was adopted. A total of 320 senior staff were chosen as a sample through stratified random sampling technique. The three instruments used were TQMP, OC and SSP. Data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for data reduction as well as structure identification for all the variables. Analysis of a Moment Structures-Structural Equation Modeling (AMOS-SEM) software and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. The findings showed that significant relationship was found between TQMP and SSP (β=0.74, p..

Abstract
This study examines the news media's role in shaping public opinion during a period of heightened political tension, focusing on the coverage of President Donald Trump's 2017 declaration recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, utilizing quantitative content analysis to examine the extent of coverage, news frames employed (attribution, human interest, conflict, economic, and moral), and news sources (domestic, party, ordinary, and media) utilized by three online news outlets: the Palestinian news agency Wafa, the Malaysian Islamic news agency Bernama, and the international Western news agency Reuters. The analysis covers the period from Trump's declaration on December 6, 2017, to the opening of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem on May 14, 2018. Additionally, the study employs qualitative content analysis to explore social media users' reactions to Trump's declaration, published on Facebook and Twitter from December 6 to December 22, 2017. .....

Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships among employee motivation, organization climate, and turnover intention in the UAE hotel industry. In addition, this research also aims to investigate the role of employee motivation as a mediator in the relationship between organization climate and turnover intention in the UAE hotel industry. This research employed the quantitative research approach. The questionnaires were used for data collection. The respondents were selected by using a cluster random sampling technique, which included employees in the UAE hotel industry. Data analysis using multiple regression was performed on the 200 valid questionnaires by using multiple regression analysis technique and the Sobel test. The finding revealed that there is a significant relationship between organization climate and turnover intention (_=0.735, p < 0.000). The finding also revealed that a significant relationship exists between organization climate and employee .....

Abstract
This study examines the effects of transformational leadership (TL) and job complexity (JC) on organizational innovation (OI), with a focus on the moderating role of job autonomy (JA). The study implemented a quantitative, cross-sectional method with valid and reliable instruments to collect data from 368 staff members of the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) in the UAE using a systematic probability sampling method. The researcher used descriptive data, factor analysis, and covariance-based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM) to analyse the data. The findings reveal a significant positive effect of TL on OI (_=0.511, t = 8.241, p < 0.001), and a positive impact of JA on OI (_ = 0.156, t = 3.346, p < 0.001). However, the study also found that JA moderates the relationship between TL and OI (_ =- 0.178, t = -4.567, p < 0.001). Conversely, JC negatively affects OI (_ = -0.34, t = - 6.744, p < 0.001), even as JA moderates the JC-OI relationship (_ = 0.039, t= 2.193, p < 0.05.....

Abstract
The objective of this study is to determine the mediation effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between marketing mix elements (product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence) and customer purchase behaviour. This study adopted a causal research design, and close-ended, self-administered questionnaires were distributed to the customers of Etisalat, a telecom company in the United Arab Emirates. The simple random sampling technique was used for sample selection. In total, 318 responses were obtained and analysed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The findings show that customer satisfaction had a full mediation effect in the relationship between price and customer purchase behaviour (_ = 0.251, p..
