Impak lokasi ke atas harga rumah di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Abstract
Kajian   ini   bertujuan   untuk   menentukan   impak   lokasi   ke   atas   harga   rumah   di bandaraya  Kuala  Lumpur,  Malaysia.  Kaedah  penyelidikan  kuantitatif  dengan  reka bentuk kajian  kes dipilih untuk menjawab persoalan kajian. Model harga hedonik  dan analisis kepentingan relatif  (relaimpo) digunakan bagi mengukur impak atribut lokasi dan  struktural  ke  atas  harga  rumah.   Dapatan  kajian  menunjukkan  nisbah  R²  yang diperoleh  agak  tinggi  iaitu  0.80.  Dapatan   kajian  juga  menunjukkan  bahawa  hanya empat  atribut  lokasi  sahaja  memberi  impak  positif   ke  atas  harga  rumah  iaitu  setiap 100 m menghampiri pusat membeli-belah meningkatkan harga  rumah sebanyak 10%, pusat  bandar  (CBD)  sebanyak  9%,  tasik  rekreasi  sebanyak  6%  dan  hutan   sebanyak 7%.  Terdapat  juga  impak  negatif  beberapa  atribut  lokasi  ke  atas  harga  rumah   iaitu set.....

Development of green skills module for meat processing technology study

Abstract
Green skills need to be developed in vocational education for sustainable future. However, the vocational high school curriculum of agricultural food processing technology in Indonesia does not explicitly state the development of green skills. Teaching materials, such as module are needed to develop vocational students? green skills. This study aimed to develop green skills module for meat processing technology at vocational high schools. Development of this module used the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) model. The contents for a green skills module were developed based on a need analysis for the elements of green skills that must be developed in vocational high schools, curriculum and a literature review analysis related to sustainability in meat processing technology. The Scientific Literacy test instrument on particle dynamics for High School students

Abstract
The measurement of scientific literacy is very focused, this is shown by the urgency of preparing scientific literacy test instruments. This research develops a proper scientific literacy test instrument on particle dynamics material. This research is a development research adapted from the Borg and Gall model. The test subjects of this study were 202 students. Design validation, instrument validity, instrument reliability, instrument difficulty level and instrument differentiability are data analysis techniques. The product produced is a material science literacy test instrument for particle dynamics totaling 10 questions in the form of reasoned multiple choice questions. The results showed that (1) the questions were in the valid category, (2) had reliability with very good criteria of 0.83 (3) the difficulty level of the questions obtained 1 item in the difficult category and 11 questions with moderate criteria, (4) the results of the discriminating power of the questions show that .....
