AbstractThis research was to determine the agility level among players of different playing positions in netball through agility training. Subjects for this research were divided into experimental and control group with 15 players for each group. The experiment group went through the Angle-Board Drills-Side-to-side Skier and Zigzag-Cone Drills training for six weeks. All subjects went through the Quadrant Jump and 10 Meter Shuttle Run agility test before and after intervention. Data was analysed with SPSS version 11.5 using Independent Sample T-Test and One Way ANOVA. The mean level for jumping agility of the experimental group showed significant improvement from (18.5 ± 1.9) to (21.9 ± 2.3) and for running agility from (13.5 ± 0.8) to (13.1 ± 0.9) after training.
