This study was intended to evaluate the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in Alfonso Lista District 1 and District 2, Division of Ifugao through formative evaluation. The Stufflebeam_s Context, Input and Process (CIP) model was used to evaluate the implementation of SBM. Mixed Methods of Research (MMR) design was utilized. Triangulation of data through the use of data analysis, questionnaires, face-to-face interviews and focus group discussions (FGD) were employed. Mean rating and thematic approach were used to determine the extent of SBM and elaborated based on themes. The results showed that there was a moderate attainment of school objectives and the operational aspects of SBM were not fully implemented by the school heads. This study aims to analyze the need for developing PISA type problems in change and relationship content designed to assess mathematical representation abilities. This research is a type of development research by adapting the Tessmer development model. This research was conducted in two stages, namely the preliminary stage, namely preparation and design, then the formative evaluation phase which included self evaluation, prototyping, small group, and field tests. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan Modul NeoMath yang mengintegrasikan Matematik, Pendidikan Jasmani, dan Pendidikan Seni Muzik. Seterusnya, mengenal pasti keberkesanan modul ini terhadap minat dan pencapaian Matematik bagi murid tahun dua. This study investigated the impact of perfectionism and self-esteem on burnout with job satisfaction as mediating variable, among Omani teachers in basic education schools in the Governorate of Muscat. A descriptive-analytical approach was employed, and data were collected through a questionnaire administered to a simple random sample of 572 participants. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, as well as structural modeling, were conducted using AMOS software. The results demonstrated that the employed measures of the variables exhibited satisfactory factorial structures and psychometric properties. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive _=0.05 impact for perfectionism and self-esteem on burnout within the study sample, both independently and collectively, with job satisfaction acting as a mediator. This study aims to investigate the connections among perceived stress, teacher support, peer relationships, self-esteem, and school adjustment. This research employs a quantitative approach involving 818 boarding students from China selected through Multi Stage Cluster Sampling. Instruments for data collection encompass the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS), Classroom Environment Scale for Primary and Secondary Schools, Friendship Quality Questionnaire, Self-Esteem Scale, and School Attitudes Questionnaire. Analysis was conducted using SPSS software, including Ttests and ANOVA, to examine differences in perceived stress and school adjustment across various demographic groups. The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching strategy model for preschool English Reading skills in Malaysia using the Design and Development Research Approach (Richey & Klein, 2007). The study was conducted in three phases, namely the needs analysis, design development, and evaluation. The need analysis used a questionnaire, the questionnaire was distributed to 101 Malaysian government preschool teachers in Selangor. Data were analyzed descriptively using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 software. The results for the first phase showed that the mean for the needs analysis is 4.607. These findings conclude that there is a need to develop a model of English Reading skills teaching strategies in preschools.
