This paper raised the question of to what extent and how learning organization was accepted, appreciated and practiced at different organizations and its relation to the commitment of the employees. The objective of this study was to identify the relationships between learning organization and organizational commitment among the public primary school principals. A quantitative cross sectional research design with purposive sampling was employed in collecting the data. The questionnaires were based on the Learning Organization and Organizational Commitment indicators that have been modified and used in Malaysia. The respondents for this study were principals of public primary schools who attended the three years intensive program (called the Head-Teacher Degree Program) which would award them the Bachelor’s Degree in Education Management. Effective and inclusive Knowledge Sharing is an integral part of successful and practical university learning. This study examines the factors impacting Knowledge sharing among students as there is a lack of studies conducted among students in the context of middle east countries. A survey was carried out among undergraduate students at Cihan University-Erbil, Iraq and questionnaires consisted of two main sections were used to collect the data. Demographic information was collected in the first section, and the second section contained six factors: File-sharing, Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Reciprocal Benefit, Information and Communication Technology, Technology Availability, and Knowledge Sharing. Dalam konteks perkembangan novel Melayu selama hampir lapan dekad itu, memang tidak dinafikan peranan dan sumbangan yang diberikan oleh pengarang-pengarang novel yang berasal dari negerinegen dalam Malaysia. Ini termasuklah pengarang-pengarang novel yang berasal daripada negeri Pahang Darul Makmur seperti Ahmad Kotot, Ishak Haji Muhammad (Pak Sako), Ibrahim Omar, Arman Sani dan Rahman Yusoff. Walaupun dari segi kuantitinya ternyata keeil berbanding dengan jumlah keseluruhan pengarang-pengarang novel dalam kesusasteraan Melayu yang berkarya antara tahun-tahun 1920- an hingga 2000 itu.
