2 | 2011 article | The impact of work overload and job involvement on work family conflict among malaysian doctors Abd Razak Ahmad Zainal Abidin, Yeop Yunus Nek Kamal, Mohd Nasurdin Aizzat, This study examined the relationship between work overload and job involvement with the two dimensions of work-family conflict [work interference with family (WIF) and family interference with work (FIW)]. The sample comprised of 391 local doctors working full-time in nineteen public hospitals in Peninsular Malaysia. Statistical results using regression analysis indicated that work overload was positively related to both work interference with family (WIF) and family interference with work (FIW). On the other hand, job involvement was found to have no significant impact on the two forms of work-family conflict. The introduction of this technique has caused a drastic change in the method for traditional marketing, by which a company that adopts this technique would find itself sustainable. In Malaysia, there are four focused public universities for engineering and technology programs, known as the Malaysian Technical University Network (MTUN). The publishers of these universities are entrusted with the tasks to produce technical reading and reference materials written by the academic staff. Central Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The sample of this study were 243 midwives with the following criteria: minimum education D3 midwifery, minimum working period of one year and minimum age of 22 years. The data analysis technique uses SEM AMOS. Model fit is shown by good and significant goodness of fit results. The results showed that indicators of organizational commitment consisting of affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment were able to explain the construct of organizational commitment. Thus, this study aimed to assess the effect of advertising methods (repeated exposure, YouTube advertisements, and E-WOM) on brand awareness, with culture as a moderator. The number of study respondents was restaurant patrons. Simple random sampling was used to collect data via questionnaires. 312 questionnaires were returned that were suitable. PLS 3.3.6 served as the SEM analysis tool. (1) repeated exposure has a positive direct effect on brand awareness; (2) YouTube ads have a positive direct effect on brand awareness; (3) E-WOM has a positive direct effect on brand awareness; (4) brand awareness has a positive direct effect on brand awareness; (5) brand awareness has a mediating effect on brand awareness; and (6) culture plays a moderating role.
