As students balance academic demands and industrial training, understanding the impact of perceived stress on their work performance becomes increasingly important. This study aims to explore how work performance can be influenced by emotional regulation and perceived stress among undergraduate students. The research investigates the relationship between emotional regulation, perceived stress, and work performance among undergraduate students at Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI). A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing standardized questionnaires to measure three variables. The instruments used were the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ).
