The main objective of this research is to review the effect of plyometric training administered for six weeks period in order to produce power and the quickness of the leg among 13 and 14 years old soccer player in Malacca. Beside, this research is to review the changes that occur in six weeks training period. For that reason two additional test had been done beside pre and post test in second week and the fourth week. It was done in Malacca Sport School that is Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Kota. The test subject consist of 33 footballer aged 13 and 14 years old. Subject were divided into two groups, experimental group (n = 17) underwent plyometric training program and the other were control group (n = 16) underwent the usual training program without plyometric training. The construction sector based on industry or Industrialised Building System is a method of construction using the industrialised building materials at the manufacturing plant. This method can replace the conventional method which is able to reduces the amount of foreign labor as well as to improve the quality of construction, lower cost and reduction in construction time. This study is intended to create a guideline that can be used to encourage all private construction projects in the Klang Valley implement the IBS System in 2015. Therefore, this study was undertaken to assess the level of IBS usage in the building construction. Sustainable development has received encouraging attention since the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development was signed in 1992 Earth Summit. In Malaysia, the focus on sustainability in building, especially in devising policies has been spelled out in the government policies at national, state and local level. It can be considered that many efforts relating to sustainability in building project have been implemented in the country, however till now sustainability in Malaysian building projects are still remain without proven. The industrialised building system (IBS) survey has become an essential tool for ensuring the IBS Roadmap (2003 to 2010) meets its goals and target. As part of the process review survey, it also records the trend achievement of Malaysia in the usage of IBS in the building construction industry. The first and second IBS surveys were published in 2003 and 2005, respectively. Afterward, the IBS Roadmap’s midterm review was conducted. The third and the most recent IBS surveys were conducted in 2008 and 2010, respectively. This paper aims to highlight a part of the IBS survey report in 2010, which has been conducted to measure the drivers, barriers and the critical success factors of G7 contractors in adopting IBS construction. As a developing country, Malaysian is currently driving for implementing a new or modern construction method, the Industrialised Building System (IBS), as an alternative towards enhancing construction performance. Currently, most of the IBS project developments in Malaysia are still conducted by using the traditional construction process approach. This traditional construction process has been widely criticised for its fragmented approach to project delivery and its failure to form effective teams thus created a number of issues such as reworks, time delay, rising costs, lack of communication and coordination, and wastages. The aim of this study is to investigate the acceptance of usability of segmented animation of program linear controlled (KPL).The acceptance of usabiltity was tested in aspect of teaching and learning, motivation, design and technical. This instrument was adapted from Jamalludin, Baharudin and Zaidatun (2001) and it contained 15 items that need to be answered by respondents. The respondents consisted of 35 students in the final semester of the Diploma in Electrical Engineering program from a Polytechnic in the Klang Valley. Adat dan `urf merupakan salah satu elemen budaya universal yang dimiliki oleh semua masyarakat di dunia. Etnik Bajau merupakan kaum bumiputera kedua terbesar di Sabah. Majoritinya beragama Islam dan mengamalkan adat dan `urf yang tersendiri. Penerimaan orang Bajau terhadap ajaran Islam menyebabkan berlakunya percampuran antara adat tradisi Bajau dengan ajaran Islam yang menyebabkan berlakunya proses sinkretisme.
