In the past two decades, nations worldwide have been involved in active education reform efforts. In East Asia, many of these efforts are aimed at increasing economic competitiveness by enhancing the quality of education. In doing so, education systems often look to comparative and international experience for guidance and inspiration. Since Vision 2020 was launched in Malaysia in the 1990s, education reform has been a key component in efforts to ensure that the nation stays competitive, and achieves the target of becoming a regional hub for high quality education and economic creativity by the year 2020. In 2006, the Malaysian government prepared an education 'blueprint' known as the Education Development Master Plan (EDMP) 2006-2010. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahap stres dalam kalangan guru disiplin dengan mengenal pasti perbezaan tahap stres daripada aspek jantina dan mengikut simptom-simptom stres serta mengenal pasti hubungan tahap stres guru disiplin dalam kalangan guru disiplin di daerah Perak Tengah. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah tinjauan dan data diperoleh daripada soal selidik yang menggunakan skala Likert lima mata. Soal selidik yang digunakan berdasarkan soal selidik “Teacher Stress Inventory” yang mengandungi tiga bahagian, iaitu bahagian A (maklumat demografi responden), bahagian B (soal selidik faktor stres guru) dan bahagian C (simptom-simptom stres guru). Darjah kebolehpercayaan (Alfa Cronbach) bagi instrumen yang digunakan ialah 0.930. Seramai 140 orang guru disiplin dari 11 buah sekolah menengah harian telah dipilih secara persampelan berstrata sebagai responden bagi kajian ini. Since gaining independence in 1957, the government of Malaysia has introduced various programmes to improve the quality of life of the Orang Asli (aboriginal people). The Ministry of Education, for example, is committed in providing education for all including the children of Orang Asli. However, whilst the number of Orang Asli children enrolled in primary and secondary schools has increased significantly over the last decade, the dropout rate among them is still high. This has been attributed to factors such as culture, school location, poverty, pedagogy and many more. This study aimed at testing the validity of the measurement model Teacher Leadership Practices. The measurement tools of the validity and reliability of the Teacher Leadership Practice consists of 53 items with seven domains i) Facilitating improvements in instruction and student learning, ii) Leadership attributes and skills, iii) Developing the organization through management and administration, iv) Fostering a collaborative culture to support educator development and student learning, v) Practicing professional learning for continuous improvement, vi) Enhancing collaboration with various stakeholders, vii) Making exemplary contribution towards becoming referral leader. Penyelidikan ini bertujuan mengkaji terjemahan Surah Al-Baqarah dalam Al-Quran Mushaf Malaysia dan Terjemahan (QM) khususnya mengenai padanan unit-unit ayat Kalamullah, termasuk partikel, kata nama, kata kerja, dan pengistililahan Al-Quran (PQ). Metodologi yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kaedah analisis dokumen yang menggunakan kaedah yang diberi nama Panduan Kaedah Terjemahan Arab Melayu (PaKTAM). Kaedah ini diolah dan dirumuskan secara khasnya daripada pelbagai karya terjemahan ilmuwan Nusantara yang bergiat dalam lapangan terjemahan Arab-Melayu. PaKTAM juga memanfaatkan gagasan para ilmuwan terjemahan lain yang bergiat dalam bidang terjemahan secara amnya, termasuk ilmuwan Nusantra itu sendiri.
