Electronic portfolio or e-portfolio is used to assess teachers’ professional development concomitant to rapid growth of technology. The effect of using e-portfolio has changed the assessment method in teacher education system. As an innovative tool, the multiple forms of e-portfolio play various roles in professional and personal development through self-assessment, reflection, formative and summative approaches. The development of identity of a professional teacher with soft skills is essential therefore exposure and awareness of its importance should be emphasized early in teacher training. Kajian ini bertujuan membina dan menentusahkan rubrik pentaksiran kendiri kemahiran insaniah,  e-persona.  Kajian ini mengadaptasi reka bentuk Design and Developmental Research (DDR) oleh Richey  dan Klein melibatkan empat fasa iaitu kajian keperluan, rekabentuk, pembinaan dan penilaian. Tiga  rubrik iaitu Rubrik Mendengar dengan Aktif dan   Memberi   Maklumbalas   (KOM2),   Mencari   Idea    dan   Mencari   Penyelesaian Alternatif  (BKMM3)  serta  Menganalisis  dan  Membuat  Keputusan   berkaitan  dengan Etika  (EM2)  telah  dibina.  Sampel  kajian  melibatkan  342  orang  pelajar   Kursus Pembangunan Sahsiah di Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris yang dipilih berdasarkan kaedah     pensampelan    rawak    berstrata    berkadaran.    Kesahan    konstruk    dan kebolehpercayaan  rubrik ditentukan menggunakan Model Pengukuran Rasch.
