Within consumer behavior’s studies, impulsive buying behavior is always an interesting issue, where many researchers and marketers make efforts to understand it. However, due to various marketing techniques and innovations, it is much easier for consumers to buy impulsively. The research objective of this study is to investigate how extrinsic cues affect impulse buying behavior amongst working ladies. The five extrinsic cues involved in this research are price, store atmosphere, brand reputation, country of origin and social influence. The target population of this study is full-time working ladies aged between 16 to 35 years. Purposive sampling technique was used, with sampling size of 400. Questionnaire is the research instrument used, and 400 questionnaires were distributed in One Utama shopping mall, Selangor. MOOC’s have advantaged many people through the provision of a variety of free online courses with zero learning commitment by prestigious universities around the world. It has attracted the enrolment of millions of people. Despite the millions of participations, drop-out rates are high and this has become the main issue regarding the effectiveness of MOOCs and its delivery system. This study therefore, is a quest to identify motivational factors that have contributed to the completion rates among MOOC course participants in Malaysian context. A descriptive-correlation research design was employed and simple random sampling technique was used to select 100 students from the Faculty of Education from a public university to participate in this study. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahap kemahiran dan pengetahuan guru besar dalam pengurusan kewangan sekolah di samping ingin mendapatkan maklumat tentang tahap pematuhan prosedur-prosedur kewangan oleh guru besar. Selain itu, kajian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru besar dalam pengurusan kewangan di sekolah mereka. Subjek kajian terdiri daripada 70 orang guru besar yang mengikuti Program Pensiswazahan Guru Besar di Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Tanjong Malim. Instrumen utama yang digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini adalah pengubahsuaian daripada kajian Chan Yuen Fook (2004) dan kajian Jaimis binti Saiman (2004). Kajian ini juga cuba untuk melihat perbezaan yang signifikan antara pembolehubah jantina dan lokasi dengan masalah pengurusan kewangan sekolah berdasarkan ujian -t sampel tidak bersandar.
