The relationship between CSR practices, ISO 26000 and performance among Malaysian automotive suppliers
Nursyazwani Mohd Fuzi
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between CSR practices, ISO 26000, and performance among Malaysian automotive suppliers. A survey through questionnaire was conducted to determine the level of CSR practices, ISO 26000, and performance measurement. 288 sets of questionnaire were successfully collected which indicated a 72% response rate. Structural equation modeling technique was utilized to perform the required statistical analysis of the data survey. In order to test the reliability and validity of the instruments, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Findings indicate that the relationship between CSR practices and performance were positively and significantly and CSR practices also was positive and significant related to ISO 26000. ISO 26000 was direct positive and significant relationship to performance. Therefore, ISO 26000 mediate the relationship between CSR practices and performance. The results i.....

The relationship between environmental information system and performance for Malaysian manufacturing industry
Nursyazwani Mohd Fuzi
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between environmental information system and environmental performance for Malaysian manufacturing industry. This study is to examine the environmental information system (technology and processes) and environmental performance (financial performance and operational performance). This study proposed conceptual model between environmental information system and environmental performance for Malaysian manufacturing industry. Based on the proposed conceptual model, research hypothesis are being used and tested. Thus, this study provides new insights for the environmental information system to improve environmental performance for Malaysian manufacturing industry...

The effect of environmental cost and management system on organizational performance for Malaysian manufacturing industry
Nursyazwani Mohd Fuzi
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of environmental cost (EC) and environmental management system (EMS) on organizational performance (OPM) for Malaysian manufacturing industry. The data were collected from 395 manufacturing companies in Malaysia using online questionnaire. This study utilized structural equation modeling technique to test the research hypotheses. The findings showed that there were positive and significant effect of EC on EMS (β=0.637, p..

The relationship between environmental cost on organisational performance and environmental management system: a structural equation modelling approach
Nursyazwani Mohd Fuzi
Purpose: This study aims to examine the relationship between environmental cost (EC) on organisational performance (OPM) through an environmental management system (EMS) as the mediating variable. Design/methodology/approach: A total of 2,600 manufacturers were identified and consequently selected as the entire study population. Additionally, this study used the structural equation modelling technique to identify the mediator effects of EMS between EC and OPM. Findings: The EC and EMS relationship on OPM produced direct and indirect consequences. Hence, it is concluded that manufacturing industry in Malaysia are focused on the OPM when implementing EC and EMS. Originality/value: The model would incorporate EC and EMS implementation on OPM in the Malaysian manufacturing industry. This study could also be advantageous to the industry in improving EC, EMS and OPM. ? 2021, Emerald Publishing Limited...
