This study aims to analyse the impact of Entrepreneurial Competencies, Innovation, and Business Success among owners and managers in Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) to address the  high rate of business failure. Quantitative approaches through the use of survey were used in this  study. Data were collected using questionnaires involving 407 owners and managers of SMEs in  manufacturing, services and other sectors. Respondents were chosen using using Stratified Random  Sampling technique. Multiple Regression Analysis indicated that 53 percent of the variation in  Business Success were explained by Entrepreneurial Competencies and Innovation. The findings also  showed that Entrepreneurial Competencies contributed significantly to Business Success (β=0.190,  S.E=0.051) and Innovation (β=0.198, S.E=0.013). Tujuan kajian ini adalah bagi mengenalpasti kesan perbezaan tahap keupayaan spatial pelajar terhadap prestasi kognitif dalam pembelajaran subjek biologi sel dengan menggunakan perisian visualisasi tiga dimensi. Perisian visualisasi tiga dimensi dihasilkan dengan menggunakan teknologi realiti maya dalam persekitaran web. Prestasi kognitif diukur dengan menggunakan ujian pencapaian. From the agricultural waste of rice (rice husk), high purity SiO2 with about 98.548 % purity was extracted using a very simple room temperature leaching method. Using the rice husk extracted silicate, a system of silicate borotellurite glasses was fabricated with composition equation [(TeO2)0.7 (B2O3)0.3]1-x (SiO2)x with x= 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4. The density and molar volume were measured, and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-Vis analyses were performed on the glasses. Both the density and molar volume decreased and the XRD pattern confirmed the glasses’ amorphous nature. The FTIR showed the presence of TeO3, TeO4, BO3, BO2O, SiO4, and H3BO3 structural units in the glasses. The concentrations of TeO3, TeO4, BO3 and BO2O structures were determined by the deconvolution of the FTIR spectra using an Origin software. In this work, the elastic moduli of silica based borotellurite glass system with compositional formula; [(TeO2)0.7 (B2O3)0.3]1-x (SiO2)x with x= 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 was studied using theoretical models. Makishima and Mackenzie, bond compression, Rocherulle, and ring deformation models were employed in the calculation of the elastic moduli, Poisson ratio, packing density, dissociation energy, cross-link density, average stretching force constant and the glass network ring size of the studied glasses. The values of the elastic moduli obtained from the Makishima and Mackenzie model were found to be lower than those obtained from the Rocherulle model and the value from the bond compression model was reported to be highest among the three models. In all the models, the elastic moduli increased with an increase in the concentration of silica in the glass composition. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pelbagai dimensi motivasi kesukarelawanan (nilai, kefahaman, peningkatan, kerjaya, sosial dan perlindungan) yang wujud dalam kalangan guru pelatih Institut Pendidikan Guru di Sarawak yang terlibat dalam kursus Bina Insan Guru (BIG). Kursus BIG merupakan kursus selama enam semester yang mendedahkan guru pelatih dengan aktiviti yang dapat memupuk kemahiran insaniah antaranya melalui program kemasyarakatan dan kesukarelawanan. Kajian ini juga menganalisis korelasi antara pelbagai pembolehubah iaitu dimensi motivasi kesukarelawanan, tahap kepuasan dan kesediaan penglibatan berterusan sebagai sukarelawan. This paper is to investigate the impact of key factors that influence the development of entrepreneurial competencies in Malaysian SMEs, both in the manufacturing sector and services sector. This is vital because the economy of Malaysia is partially depending on the contribution of SMEs and the roles played by SMEs. The statical sample population of this research includes 407 owners and manager involved in SMEs. For data collection, a standard questionnaire using seven-point Likert scale and 72 items were used to evaluate 12 entrepreneurial competencies and four items that influence the development of entrepreneurial competencies. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 and SEM-Amos version 21. The results confirmed, education was significantly affecting the development of entrepreneurial competencies among entrepreneurs, while the training before business set-up, training after business set-up and work experience have no effect on the development of entrepreneurial competencies. A system of bio-silica borotellurite glasses was fabricated based on the chemical formula [(TeO2)0.7 (B2O3)0.3]1-x (SiO2)x with x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4 using the melt-quenching technique using silica (98.548% SiO2, from rice husk), TeO2 (Alfar Aeser, 99.9%) and B2O3 (Alfar Aeser, 99.9%). Measurements and characterizations such as density and molar volume measurements, XRD analysis, FTIR, and UV?Vis spectroscopes were performed on the studied glasses. The objective was to determine the glasses? applicability in optoelectronics, non-linear optics, and laser technologies through polarizability, linear electric susceptibility, and optical basicity study. This study aims to reveal the experiences and obstacles on distance education faced by students during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bauchi State Nigeria. A phenomenological research was adopted for the study through shorter case interview. Ten (10) senior secondary school students were selected through purposeful and snow-ball sampling for the study. Thematic analysis was used to synthesize the data collected and highlight key findings. The results indicate that the students views were categorized into positive and negative while the obstacles faced were technical, pedagogical, environment and longing for school. Recommendations were offered to overcome and understand these obstacles to benefit teachers, students and curriculum developers in the future.  ..
