This study aims to develop a voltammetric sensors for the detection of bisphenol A (BPA) and uric acid (UA) using chitosan zinc hydroxide-sodium dodecyl sulfatebisyribac (ZHN-SDS-BP/Chi/MWCNT) modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes paste electrode and zinc hydroxide-sodium dodecyl sulfate-bisyribac (ZHN-SDSBP/ MWCNT) modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes paste electrodes. Transmission and scanning electron microscopes were used to examine the surface morphology of these nanocomposites. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and square wave voltammetry (SWV) were used to study the electrochemical properties of these electrodes. Electrodes performance was optimized by evaluating the effects of composition ratio, pH of solution, type of supporting electrolyte and SWV parameters.
