1 | 2023 Article | Rumah Besar Penghulu Raja Bilah di Papan dan hubungannya dengan masyarakat Mandailing di Perak 1896-1940 Nor Haslinda Abdul Halim Khoo Artikel ini membincangkan tentang Rumah Besar Penghulu Raja Bilah di Papan yang dibina pada tahun 1896 dan hubungannya dengan masyarakat Mandailing di Perak sehingga 1940. Objektif utama kajian ini ialah membuktikan bagaimana kewujudan Rumah Besar tersebut sebagai simbol kepada penyatuan dan kekuatan masyarakat Mandailing di Perak semenjak akhir kurun ke-19. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif menerusi pendekatan sejarah iaitu mendapatkan bahan, menilai kesahihan, menganalisis kandungan dan seterusnya mensintesis bahan menjadi sebuah karya sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa Rumah Besar Penghulu Raja Bilah di Papan dibina selepas kehadiran masyarakat Mandailing dari Sumatera ke Ipoh pada tahun 1896 selepas Raja Bilah dilantik sebagai penghulu. Hadi Young adults with enough financial knowledge can commonly make good financial decisions, whereas those who lack financial literacy are always burdened by student loans and credit card debts. Acquiring adequate financial knowledge has become crucial among young adults. The present study investigated the effectiveness of incorporating financial literacy into videos among high school students. The video clips were incorporated into financial literacy in the economics curriculum to engage students and facilitate their learning of financial literacy. This study employed the mixed-methods explanatory design. The data analysis procedures in this design involved collecting the quantitative data, analyzing the data, and using the data to guide the follow-up interviews. Despite extensive industry research, servant leadership remains underutilized in education, despite aligning with business education goals. This scoping review assesses the prevalence of servant leadership among educational leaders, offering insights into its feasibility, benefits, and challenges. Using the Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, and ERIC databases, the review compiles servant leadership research. Guided by Arksey and O’Malley’s methodology, findings emphasize servant leadership’s role in enhancing organizational effectiveness. They highlight behaviors as a prevailing theme, revealing limited background understanding. To facilitate this transition, there is a growing focus on highlighting the effectiveness of online learning, which directly impacts learning outcomes. This study investigates online learning effectiveness through an integrated framework that considers online assessment practices and online course design as independent variables, with online learning support as a moderating variable.
