Abstract
The National Philosophy of Education of Malaysia emphasizes the holistic, integrated and balanced development of students in terms of their cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. Teaching and learning in the three domains can be translated into knowledge, values and skills. The affective domain, in particular, relates to values which constitute ethics and aesthetics. In the Integrated Primary School Curriculum, Islamic Religious Education and Moral Education carry the main responsibility for the moral development of the students. On the other hand, the subjects of art and music are supposed to develop the aesthetic values of students. This study is an evaluation of the development of aesthetical values in upper primary music students through the creative management of the curriculum. It is a case study grounded in 12 primary schools in the district of Kinta, Perak, Malaysia. Abstract
Subi Shah (1922-2008) was a Nepali performer and educator whose life’s work was to preserve and promote Nepali folk genres of music, song, dance, and drama, especially the wide variety of these that make up the tradition known as Pangdure. Raised in this tradition, he became one of its leading exponents. He did so outside of the academy and was thus free from disciplinary strictures. Although he was consulted and honored by state cultural policymakers in the 1980s and 1990s, many of his contributions remain unrecognized. This study analyzes five of his texts, building on my 20 years of engagement as a scholar and performer with the traditions described therein. The objectives of the study are to identify key aspects of Shah’s theories of performance. The study finds that Shah’s descriptions and analysis of integrated performance practice valorize a performance tradition with its own unique worldviews and theories. It concludes that teaching these worldviews and theories will help.....

Abstract
This research project investigated the aesthetics of plants patterning formation through the exploration of design elements and principles based on the concept of repetition and difference (similarity and variation). The research project aimed to explore the concept of repetition and difference within the context of natural plants’ organic patterning mechanism and to reinterprets the phenomenon of repetition and difference as agents in unifying the element order and chaos within the plants' organic patterning system, creating a balanced and harmoniousformation. The key elements in the research project consist of organic motifs of magnification, the proportional ratio of Fibonacci, colour harmonies, rhythmic organisations and the illusions of depth. The key artists involved in this research are Yayoi Kusama, GiuliaRicci, Richard Anuazkiewicz, Andy Goldsworthy, Claude Monet, Georges Seurat, Sol LeWitt, Richard Deacon, Peter Barnitz, Albert Yonathan Setyawan, and James Turrel.....

Abstract
Malaysian Blueprint (2013-2025), under Malaysian Ministry of Education (MoE) has placed great emphasis on STEM education. Currently preschool STEM education has evolved from STEAM to STREAM. This requires a reliable and effective teaching and learning STREAM module that can train or guide teachers using the Integrated thematic instruction (ITI) model to address the National Philosophy of Education for developing the potential of individuals in a holistic and integrated manner. Therefore, this research paper aims to design and development of integrated thematic preschool STREAM module by using the design and development research (DDR) approach.
