Abstract
Learning English in schools has always involved using relatable topics for the students being taught. However, textbooks and workbooks that are based on the textbooks in Malaysia are not revised yearly, making the content outdated as the year accumulates. Pop-culture, on the other hand, keeps the lesson interesting and fresh as a motivator for students to learn the English language in classrooms. In this research, there were 30 participants that were aged 15 and are Form 3 students. This study observes a lesson delivery conducted with a text-book based topic and a pop-culture related topic. After that, a task was given that allowed two groups of participants to work on general topics and pop-culture topics respectively. The observation and document analysis from the given task provides a perspective on how the right topic selection can motivate the participants to be active during the lesson delivery as well as completing a classroom task beyond the expected responses predi.....

Abstract
The use of ICT in teaching and studying mathematics helps students to develop mathematics. The practice's application, therefore, depends on different considerations, amongst which: teachers' expectations of their ICT teaching skills, instructor attitudes towards teachers in mathematics, teacher attitudes towards ICT contributions to student mathematics awareness. The research was undertaken to assess ICT integration readiness in the classroom in the Paracelis district for mathematics teachers at secondary schools. The thesis used a questionnaire with comments on any of the above variables. This questionnaire was forwarded to 15 mathematics teachers at Paracelis District secondary schools. It shows that ICT teachers' intervention in mathematics has an average limit of 4.06. It also ensures that mathematics teachers are confident and willing to use ICT in mathematics and mathematics instruction. The research results indicated that the controls and the sample groups were substantially di.....

Abstract
This study’s objective was to learn more about if job resources could predict the vocational business educators’ level of job self-efficacy in public universities in Nigeria. The authors hypothesized that vocational business educators who use different requisite skills, who receive support from colleagues, who experience autonomy in making judgments on jobs, who receive finished feedback on the tasks, who seize the opportunity to acquire requisite skills, and who experience overall job resources are more likely to exert self-efficacy on the job. The quantitative study involved a sample of people, such as vocational business educators (N = 146). Participants completed a structured questionnaire adapted from psychological scales. The results of linear regression analyses indicated that vocational business educators who utilize a variety of skills, receive support from colleagues, receive the freedom to decide on a job, receive feedback on the job done, seize the opportunity to acquir.....

Abstract
This research synthesis examines the relative magnitudes of the variance components found in 44 generalizability (G) theory studies in L2 testing. I begin by explaining what G theory is and how it works. In the process, I explain the diffrences between relative and absolute decisions, between crossed and nested facets, and between random and fixed facets, as well as what variance components (VCs) are and how VCs are calculated. Next, I provide an overview of G-theory studies in L2 testing and discuss the purposes of this research synthesis. In the methods section, I describe the materials used in this research synthesis in terms of the samples of students, the tests, and the G-study designs used. I also present the analyses in terms of how the data were compiled and analyzed. The results are sorted and displayed to reveal patterns in the relative contributions to test variance of various individual facets as well as interactions between and among facets for different types of tests. I .....

Abstract
This paper aims to highlight the importance of collocations in learning English as a foreign language. Learning collocations is deemed crucial for it enables EFL learners to position words in suitable context and use them appropriately. A word may not be correctly utilised or understood unless one is familiar with the immediate context in which the word is used. Furthermore, collocations are regarded as an important factor in communicative competence and in determining learners’ level of proficiency (James, 1998; Nation, 2001). The current study aimed to explore the effects of students’ knowledge of collocation on their writing production. The participants were 20 Djiboutian postgraduate students undergoing their studies in one of the higher learning institutions in Malaysia. Using a multiple-choice test consisting of 60 items and a writing test, this study sought to investigate the correlation between lexical collocation knowledge and writing skills of the Djiboutian students. The.....

Abstract
This research project investigated the aesthetics of plants patterning formation through the exploration of design elements and principles based on the concept of repetition and difference (similarity and variation). The research project aimed to explore the concept of repetition and difference within the context of natural plants’ organic patterning mechanism and to reinterprets the phenomenon of repetition and difference as agents in unifying the element order and chaos within the plants' organic patterning system, creating a balanced and harmoniousformation. The key elements in the research project consist of organic motifs of magnification, the proportional ratio of Fibonacci, colour harmonies, rhythmic organisations and the illusions of depth. The key artists involved in this research are Yayoi Kusama, GiuliaRicci, Richard Anuazkiewicz, Andy Goldsworthy, Claude Monet, Georges Seurat, Sol LeWitt, Richard Deacon, Peter Barnitz, Albert Yonathan Setyawan, and James Turrel.....
