Abstract
Globally, Cancer is the ever-increasing health problem and most common cause of medical deaths. In Libya, it is an important health concern, especially in the setting of an aging population and limited healthcare facilities. Therefore, the goal of this research is to map of the county’ cancer incidence rate using the Bayesian method and identify the high-risk regions (for the first time in a decade). In the field of disease mapping, very little has been done to address the issue of analyzing sparse cancer diseases in Libya. Standardized Morbidity Ratio or SMR is known as a traditional approach to measure the relative risk of the disease, which is the ratio of observed and expected number of accounts in a region that has the greatest uncertainty if the disease is rare or small geographical region. Therefore, to solve some of SMR’s problems, we used statistical smoothing or Bayesian models to estimate the relative risk for stomach cancer incidence in Libya in 2007 based on the BYM mod.....

Abstract
The aim of this study was to develop the best possible method for providing estimates of relative risk for cancers by utilizing a multivariate approach through shared component model to produce specific and shared spatial patterns of cancer disease in Libya. The methodology in this study is statistical model to development to jointly analyze the spatial variation in rates of several cancers with their four spatial components without any conditions. The data for incidence of breast, lung, prostate, bladder, stomach, colon and liver in Libya districts, were used in this study. Four risk factors representing smoking, low physical activity, overweight and alcohol consumption were considered. A general framework for jointly modelling the variation of seven cancers, some of which share latent spatial fields, is considered. Finally, a new Multivariate Shared Component model is successfully developed. The procedure for predicting relative risks based on the model is presented in ord.....

Abstract
The increasing number in annual road fatalities has caused a major challenge in many countries. Minimising fatalities and improving safety are the top priorities of different countries. This study aimed to analyse driver behaviours in Malaysia and the impacts of practising eco-driving to improve safety, reduce fuel consumption and green gas emission by using smartphone sensors and OBD2 (ELM327) adapter based on event thresholds and machine learning algorithms. In the experimental study, 30 drivers had participated, which were 17 novice drivers (7 males and 10 females) and 13 experienced drivers (8 males and 5 females). A Honda Civic 2019 car was used in the experiment. A specific route was selected for all drivers, which consisted of two types of road (highway and urban), with a total distance of 20.6 km. The analysis of driving behaviour was based on threshold events and machine learning algorithms. This was to classify the different driving scenarios. In the driver’s pro.....

Abstract
The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between transformational leadership-transactional leadership styles on employee performance in the construction sector of UAE. A quantitative research design was selected to answer two research questions and two hypotheses. Three set of instruements were used in the study which include; transformational, transactional and employee performance. Three hundred and thirty-one employees of cocntruction companies ere chosen using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using the Pearson r correlation reflects a strong relationship between leadrship styles and employee peformance. The result showed that transformational leadership had positive relationship with employee performance with value of .827 and significant at p < .000. The finding also found that transactional leadership had significant relationship with employee performance with the value of .854 where p < .000. Further, this study found that leadership.....

Abstract
This study investigates total quality management practices (TQM) and primary school academic performance (PSAP) in Abu Dhabi: Teaching innovation as a mediator using a quantitative research design. The study also aspired to determine the relationship between TQM and teaching innovation, dimensions of TQM and PSAP, dimensions of teaching innovation and PSAP, and mediating role of teaching innovation on relationship between TQM and PSAP. A total of 342 teachers were chosen as a sample through quota and simple sampling. Data analysis using structural equation modelling was used. The findings revealed a significant relationship between TQM practices and primary school academic performance with a coefficient of (β=-0.88, p..

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effect of employee happiness dimensions, namely employee engagement, job satisfaction, and affective employee commitment, and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the moderating effect of transformational leadership on the relationship between employee happiness dimensions and OCB. Data was collected from 405 government employees in Abu Dhabi. Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and the bootstrapping technique were used to test the hypotheses. The findings showed a positive and significant effect of employee engagement (β 0.553, t=10.164, p..

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the technological innovation and its effect on operation efficiency of the Oil and Gas Sector of the United Arab Emirates. The causal research design was employed through quantitative research methodology, using selfadministered online surveys for data collection. The purposive sampling technique selected 253 respondents of 5 ADNOC group and its subsidiaries from ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Drilling, ADNOC Sour Gas and ADNOC LNG.. The study used regression, correlational, and descriptive statistics to analyse the proposed conceptual framework where after regression, Advanced Robotics significantly predicted OPE, F(1, 251) = 590.627, p < 0.001, which indicates that AR can plays a significant role in shaping OPE (b = 0.821, p < 0.001) hence HI supported. Autonomous under Water Vehicles significantly predicted OPE, F(1, 251) = 761.505, p < 0.001, which indicates that AU can play a significant role in shaping OPE (b = 0.867, p < 0.001). Arti.....

Abstract
The objective of this study is to identify the influence of job motivation and job stress on job satisfaction, with job stress as a mediator, among male teachers in Abu Dhabi. A quantitative research design was utilized. A total of 208 Emirati male teachers were chosen as a sample through a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. In addition, Hayes process macro model 4 was employed to estimate the mediation. The result showed that Emirati male teachers' job motivation at a highly level (M=3.48, SD=0.674), job stress at a moderate level (M=3.00, SD=0.577), and job satisfaction also at a moderate level (M=3.00, SD=0.423). The findings of correlation analysis showed a weak negative relationship between job motivation and job stress (r =-0.375, p < .000), a weak positive relationship between job motivation and job satisfaction (r = 0.349, p ..

Abstract
Agriculture 4.0 plays a crucial role in shaping sustainable cities and societies by revolutionizing urban food systems. By incorporating advanced technologies like precision farming, vertical gardening, and data analytics, Agriculture 4.0 improves local food production, reduces food transportation, and optimizes resource utilization. This paper introduces an innovative approach using Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) to assess Agriculture 4.0 Decision Support Systems (ADSS), contributing significantly to the selection of optimal systems that can drive sustainability in smart agriculture. The novelty of this research lies in developing a comprehensive evaluation framework that extends the hyperbolic fuzzy-weighted zero-inconsistency method for criteria weighting, combined with the combinative distance-based assessment method for benchmarking ADSS. The assessment matrix evaluates 13 ADSS across eight key criteria, including “accessibility,” “re-planning,” “expert knowledge,.....
