Since the hype of Industrial Revolution 4.0 that was brought up by Klaus Schwab in 2016, once again the question of values and beliefs becomes a debate. If religiosity is sidelined in our efforts to automate services and let machines do the jobs of human, then human will truly be substituted by artificial intelligence (AI). Does religiosity matter and can it play a role in the new industry revolution? This study will explore the impact of religiosity towards Muslim officers’ work behaviour in the higher learning institutions in Malaysia. Through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, this study found that religiosity has an impact on the respondents’ work behaviour to a certain degree. Five themes emerged from the thematic analysis: religiosity, personality, competency, environment, and leadership. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara religiositi, personaliti dan tingkah laku kerja Muslim dalam kalangan pentadbir universiti-universiti awam di Lembah Klang. Hasil kajian ini meninjau sejauhmana religiositi berperanan sebagai faktor perantara di antara personaliti dan tingkah laku kerja Muslim. Responden terdiri daripada 228 orang pentadbir dari lima buah universiti awam di Lembah Klang. This study aimed to explore how religious values are integrated into entrepreneurial activities among students in Public Higher Education Institutions (PHEI) to develop holistic and entrepreneurial students in Malaysia. The study was conducted at three public higher education institutions in the state of silver. Respondents consist of staff and students involved in entrepreneurship programs or activities. Quantitative and qualitative approaches are used to gain a more accurate picture of the integration of religious values and entrepreneurial activities. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze quantitative data, while thematic analysis is for qualitative data. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the level of religious and moral values in student entrepreneurship activities. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the role of industrial relations climate as moderating variable between the workplace spirituality and counterproductive work behavior. This study was conducted to identify the critical factors that cause conflicts and division among the Muslim community in Malaysia. As the disputes among Muslims in Malaysia are acknowledged by religious scholars and national leaders to become more serious in recently, a formula for forming a more united and harmonious generation in diversity needs to be devised. Thus, the identification of the root cause of the problem and conflict mechanism can lead to religious harmony in society.
