This study investigates the mediating effect of Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) on the relationship between technology, organization, environment, critical employees/personnel and the Business Continuity Management (BCM) of organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Quantitative cross-sectional survey design was used to collect data from organizations in UAE by means of questionnaire, which was distributed among UAE organizations. A sample of 326 respondents was considered using the stratified systematic sampling method. Preliminary data screening and descriptive statistics were analysed by means of the SPSS version 24 software, whereas the inferential statistics were computed by means of PLS 3 software for hypotheses testing and conclusions.
