Kajian ini bertujuan membina Instrumen Saringan Kemahiran Vokasional (ISKV) Murid Berkeperluan Khas Masalah Pembelajaran (MBKMP) di Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi (PPKI)  bagi persediaan Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM). Pembinaan instrumen ISKV berpandukan Model  Pembinaan Instrumen McIntire dan Miller (2007) melalui tiga Fasa iaitu Fasa Satu (Analisa), Fasa  Dua (Pembinaan Instrumen) dan Fasa Tiga (Pelaksanaan Kajian). Kajian melibatkan seramai 216 orang  guru di 72 Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi di negeri Selangor. Instrumen kajian terdiri daripada  182 konstruk iaitu tiga konstruk Demografi, 81 konstruk Kemahiran Bahasa dan 98 konstruk Kemahiran  Vokasional setelah melalui proses pengguguran 21 item bagi konstruk Kemahiran Bahasa dan sebanyak  16 item ditambah bagi konstruk Kemahiran Vokasional untuk pelaksanaan proses saringan ISKV terhadap  MBKMP. Dapatan kajian ini telah mengenal pasti dua konstruk utama dalam ISKV iaitu Kemahiran Bahasa  dan Kemahiran Vok.....

The purpose of this study is to analyse the needs of the Special Needs Career Transition Program in school. The Special Needs Students Career Transition Program was implemented to prepare the Special Needs Students with basic and vocational skills as well as individual employment aspects. The objective of the study were to (1) Identify the level of preparedness among Special Education Teachers in the implementation of the Career Transition Program for Special Needs students in the Special Education Integrated Program (SEIP), (2) Identify the Special Needs students preparedness level in implementing the Career Transition Program at SEIP, and (3) Identify the policy compliance and guidelines in the implementation of the Career Transition Program at SEIP.
