The worsening obesity problem in Malaysia has urged various efforts from various parties to address them. The effective use of the nutrition labels is widely accepted and used as one of the efficient measures to address obesity. However, previous studies on the literacy of the nutrition label, especially among Malaysian consumers are still limited. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the differences in consumers’ literacy of the nutrition label by demographic factors, such as gender, age, education level, income level and ethnicity. This study adopted survey technique and employed a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 200 respondents, which were selected using random cluster sampling. Data collected were analyzed using Independent Sample T-Test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh literasi label nutrisi ke atas sikap terhadap label nutrisi dan; pengaruh literasi label nutrisi dan sikap terhadap label nutrisi ke atas pemilihan makanan sihat. Pendekatan kuantitatif telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. In the past decade, franchising has become a well-known platform for business expansion. Various strategies have been employed by franchisors in expanding their business into the global market. However, few studies have assessed the determinants that can be adopted by the franchisors in bringing value as well as opening up opportunities for global market expansion. This study aims to explore the determinants of global expansion based on Malaysian franchisors’ experience. A qualitative research approach was adopted through various case studies with ten franchisors from the food and beverage industry in Malaysia. Purpose: This study intends to explore the knowledge distribution in immigrant entrepreneurship in a host country Malaysia. In Malaysia, most immigrants are workers who later started their own businesses. They have a higher tendency to engage in entrepreneurial activities thus knowledge distribution from previous employment is necessary. Contextual ambidexterity and digital platform capability can help SMEs achieve long-term success. However, achieving a balance between exploration and exploitation of contextual ambidexterity for integrating and reconfiguring organisations using digital platform capability is challenging to SMEs. Despite the widespread adoption of geospatial technology, understanding how to manage its adoption is crucial as technology continually evolves. This study aims to elucidate key aspects of managing the adoption of geospatial information and technology through a case study approach. The research involves interviews with Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and directors from three different industries in Malaysia—agriculture, logistics, and transport—that utilise geospatial technologies.
