This study aims to develop and acquire content validity Sofian Emotional Intelligence Inventory (IKESofi). This research surveys are using questionnaires. IKESofi contains 80 items consisting of 60 items was positive and 20 negative items that consist of four sub construct of Recognizing Emotions Self, Self-Management, Social Skills and Social Skills. The results showed that the items in IKESofi can measure the emotional intelligence of an individual precisely. IKESofi examination content validity was assessed by ten experts comprising academics and practitioners in the field of guidance and counselling. The validity of the content of each sub scale is 1 Sub Scale - Recognize Emotional Self obtain the content validity of 88%, Sub Scale 2 - Personal Management 86%, Sub Scale 3 - Social Skills 85% and Sub 4 - Social Skills 88%. The aim of this study is to examine the relation between performance appraisal and motivation of teachers. For this purpose, data was collected from 297 teachers from seven schools in the district of Sabak Bernam. The performance appraisal scale and the motivation scale were used. According to the first finding obtained, while the motivation and performance appraisal beliefs did not differentiate according to sex. The aim of this study is developed and validated a questionnaire to measure emotional intelligence and leadership style amongst primary school headmasters across Malaysia. The instrument was designed by adopting several standard procedures, including item development, validation of theoretical construct of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Style, pilot test, and validation of the developed instrument. The questionnaires were tested among 50 school headmasters within four week timeframe. The pilot study was conducted to validate all the items embedded in the questionnaire. The response rate for the pilot study was 78%. After the pilot study, minor revision and corrections were made to items concerning Emotional Intelligence, while major revision for Leadership Style. The study aims to measure the level of Emotional Intelligence (EI) on the College Student Council (CSC) Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI). Sample selection was conducted with a total of 180 members of the CSC consisting of 6 colleges namely Aminuddin Baki College (KAB), Za'aba College (KZ), Harun Aminurrashid College (KHAR), Ungku Omar College (KUO), Awang Had Salleh College (KAHS) and Campus Offshore Unit (UKLK) as respondents.
