On Job Training (OJT) (organisation) assessment rubric is widely considered instrumental in assessing Diploma in Construction Technology students with required competencies to function effectively in the work environment. OJT remains predominantly process-focused with little attention to the criteria in OJT (organisation) assessment rubric. The aim of this study is to develop constructs and elements for OJT (organisation) assessment rubric. The research design for this study is a survey that was carried out qualitatively through document analysis to identify the constructs and elements in the OJT (organisation) assessment rubric. From meta data analysis, 110 elements are identified to be the constructs and elements in OJT (organisation) assessment rubric. After the expert validation process using questionnaire form as an instrument, only 75 elements are valid to be included in the OJT (organisation) assessment rubric while 35 elements discarded. Journal of Sports Science and Physical Education 5(1): 22-34, 2016 - This study aims to provide information to the team manager, especially at the university level to understand the relationship between coaching style and mental toughness among athletes. The sample had been selected from four Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) football team consisting of 88 players (n = 88: 22 players per team). The study used two instruments that had been modified namely "Leadership Scale for Sports Questionnaire" (LSS-40), (Chelladurai & Salleh, 1980) and "The Mental Toughness Questionnaire" (MTQ-48), (Clough, Earle & Sewell, 2002). Research findings had identified UiTM’s football team scores has a moderately high level of mental toughness for each dimension known as challenge, commitments, control assurance and confidence. Kajian ini adalah bertujuan menentukan kesan program Perkhemahan Pendidikan Luar Model UPSI (PPLU) bagi sikap pelajar terhadap alam sekitar berdasarkan jantina, tempat tinggal dan juga perbezaan pendapat individu tentang alam sekitar. Kajian ini menggunakan rekabentuk Quasi Eksperimental (pra ujian dan pasca ujian dengan kumpulan kawalan). Seramai 160 pelajar dipilih secara rawak sistematik dan dibahagikan kepada dua kumpulan iaitu kumpulan rawatan seramai 80 pelajar mengikuti program PPLU dan kumpulan kawalan seramai 80 pelajar mengikuti program Perkhemahan Perdana Unit Beruniform (PPUB). Manakala lapan orang pelajar dari kumpulan rawatan dipilih secara rawak bagi mengumpul data pemerhatian lapangan. Kajian ini tertumpu kepada pembangunan perisian kursus ‘Saya Suka Belajar’ yang mempunyai ciri-ciri yang dapat menarik perhatian kanak-kanak autisme untuk belajar Bahasa Melayu. Penulisan ini mengungkap pemerhatian terhadap aktiviti lapangan pergerakan fesyen indie tempatan (Tempatan Fest) yang mengangkat faktor kritikan dan pemahaman. Melalui aktiviti lapangan pergerakan fesyen indie tempatan, bakat pereka bebas yang mengikuti program lapangan dapat diperkembangkan. Aktiviti ini dijalankan di dalam atau luar premis perniagaan dengan melibatkan aspek kreativiti terhadap pergerakan fizikal dan luahan pemikiran pereka bebas.
