This article questions the symbolic representations of women and their spiritual and physical belongings in contemporary arts. In the Islamic world, there are many pop cultures that produced different symbolisms of feminine images, and used it in different socio political contexts to express symbolic messages. The purpose of this research was to investigate the artworks of contemporary Middle Eastern artists in Singapore Biennale regarding to the social reality issues. The subjects within the research context were the role of Middle Eastern artists in responding to the issues of social reality and the uniqueness of their artistic representations. The research also looked at the contribution of the artworks within the concept of glocalization that challenged the stereotypical representations of social issues. The methodology used in this research was qualitative content analysis, which categorized the phenomenon of social reality into a coding framework and interpreted their symbolisms according to the Iconography and Iconology theory. This study aims to investigate the potential use of biochemical seed oils of agro-waste as anti-trypanosomal, anti-oxidant, and anti-bacterial edible oil, sun-protection oil, and biodiesel. A comparative study was conducted to examine the chemical profile, physicochemical-sensory properties, and trans-esterification of seed oils collected from agro-waste in the Mualim district. Five drying techniques were tested before extracting the seed oils. Standard methods were then used to determine the chemical compounds, physicochemical-sensory properties, and bio-activity of the extracted seed oils. The analysis performed on such oils showed there were significant differences in the amount of seed oils between drying techniques, F (dfb, dfw) = 39.89, p = 0.00. Specifically, the analysis showed the microwave-drying technique produced the highest oil yield except for Carica papaya. L and Cucurbita sp, and the seed oils extracted from Mangifera indica had the best antioxidant property......

This paper primarily examines the link between the environmental disclosure of industrial companies in Iraq and their financial performance. The inductive approach used in this paper entails surveying, studying, comparing and summarizing all papers published in prominent accounting journals in the past nineteen years. The paper found that environmental disclosure is weak in Iraq compared to developing countries in the analyzed studies. It also found that financial performance and environmental disclosure have a more positive relationship (61.29%) than negative (38.71%). The researchers used the accountability theory as a new theory in determining the link between both variables. Hence, this paper attempts to determine the link between environmental disclosure and financial performance among industrial companies in Iraq using the accountability theory. The main aim of this study is to determine the influence of environmental disclosure on financial performance of Iraqi industrial companies. This study determines the effectiveness of digital learning materials on students’ academic achievement and motivation in the topic Geometry. The research design is quasi-experimental. A sample of 60 participants out of 200 target populations were carefully chosen using cluster probability sampling. A threeweek intervention was carried out. The instruments used are a set of pre-test and post-test on the topic Geometry. The motivation survey that was given to the treatment group only.
