Abstract
Lean manufacturing practices (LMP) focus on the systematic elimination of waste and non-value added activity from the production process for improved EP. Meanwhile, ISO 14001 is an international standard that assist managers to reduce environmental impact and to expand business. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between LMP, ISO 14001, and EP for Malaysian automotive suppliers. In this study, 275 sets of questionnaire were successfully collected that brought to 68.8% response rate. Structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was utilized to perform the statistical analysis of the data survey. Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out. The results showed that the impact of LMP implementation on EP increases with a mediating of ISO 14001 in Malaysian automotive suppliers. Thus, this research which has undergone detailed methodology and analysis and contributing to the limited existing literature in the relatio.....

Abstract
This study propose the conceptual framework the relationship between 5S lean tool, value stream mapping (VSM) and warehouse performance (WP) among Malaysian manufacturing industry. The data collected will be analyzed using two packages statistical software. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software will be employed to analyze the reliability test and descriptive analysis. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique will also be employed in future study using AMOS software to investigate the relationship between the developed conceptual frameworks through the path analysis by the SEM approach. Thus, the implication of this study is seen as important and useful in increasing knowledge, propose dimensions, and propose conceptual framework for 5S lean tool and VSM are initiatives to improve WP among Malaysian manufacturing industry. Finally, it can be provided as a guideline and reference for the manufacturing practitioners and academicians..

Abstract

Abstract
The aim of the study is to examine the tri-dimensional relationship between Lean, perceived service quality, and patient satisfaction in public Lean hospitals, in Malaysia. This study employs quantitative approach to collect feedback from 48 public Lean hospitals in Malaysia. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling was employed to investigate the proposed measurement model and structural model. The findings showed that overall synergic effects of Lean practices particularly in the Strategy and alignment, Behaviour and engagement, and Process management have significant and positive relationship with perceived service quality. Additionally, perceived service quality has been found to have significant and positive relationship with patient satisfaction. However, none of the Lean practices has a significant impact on patient satisfaction. Such weak direct relationship between Lean and patient satisfaction is due to the lack of mediating effect contribution. Hence, med.....

Abstract
The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between 5S lean tool and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) towards Warehouse Performance (WP) among Malaysian manufacturing industry. A total of 378 responses were received by using the online survey with response rate of 15.55%. This study used structural equation modeling technique. The results showed the positive and significant direct effect between 5S lean tool and WP ((HI =0.628, p..

Abstract
The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of the supply chain and lean accounting on manufacturing performance. This research also aims to investigate the mediating role of lean accounting in the relationship between the supply chain and manufacturing performance. Additionally, this research seeks to develop a model of manufacturing performance specifically for the Malaysian context. Based on the list of manufacturing companies registered at the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers as of 2020, a simple random sampling method was employed. Questionnaires were distributed through email to selected manufacturing companies, and responses were collected using a 7-point Likert scale. A total of 282 completed questionnaires were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling. The findings indicate that supply chain has a significant effect on manufacturing performance. However, each component of supply chain which is measured by strategic supplier partnership (SSP), customer.....

Abstract
Healthcare industry itself is moving forward toward preparing lower cost of material, cheaper price, JIT deliveries, and elimination of waste and defects in many aspects of the activity or operation, and strengthening relationships with vendors, and ultimately producing high quality products and customers services better than competitors. A survey through questionnaire was conducted to determine the level of lean healthcare practices. 128 sets of questionnaire were successfully collected that brought to 40.4% response rate. Structural equation modeling technique was adopted to analyze the data gathered from the survey. Hence, this study produces implications on theory and management and provides a practical guide for healthcare practitioners to enhance their organizational performance through the implementation of lean healthcare practices. This paper presents finding of Exploratory Factor Analyses (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and reliability analysis empirically verified.....

Abstract
This research was aimed to evaluate the School Management System (SMS) using the modified Updated DeLone and Mc Lean IS Success Model. This system is an initiative to create a single data entry with a centralized database and to integrate with other systems introduced by Ministry of Education (MOE). An evaluation on SMS was crucial to ensure the Information System (IS) would be able to work effectively and efficiently. This quantitative research was carried out using survey method. A set of questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. It consisted of 17 questions derived from other validated researches. The questionnaire was distributed to 400 primary school teachers in Selangor. They were chosen by using a simple random sampling. The collected data was analysed using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic. The result showed that the five SMS success factors which included system quality, information quality, service quality, use and user satisfaction were the positiv.....

Abstract
Currently, most companies or organizations can select a number of methodologies to improve their business processes, which include Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, Total Quality Management, Kaizen and Poka-Yoka. However, selecting an appropriate methodology has to be guided by the organization’s objectives. In this respect, the BPR is one of the best methodologies that can help organizations to ensure the continuity of their businesses so they will remain relevant for a long time. More importantly, the BPR can help members of organizations to rethink about their existing practices such as to introduce significant improvements to their business process. Based on a literature review, the researchers carried out a comparative analysis on four leading methodologies, namely BPR, Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, and Kaizen. The comparison of the methodologies were based on 11 aspects, namely the concept, effect, use of information technology, focus, involv.....
