Abstract
In Malaysia, Alstonia spathulataBl. is locally known as pulai basong which distribute in peat forest. The separations of the chemical components from hexane crude extract (bark) of Alstonia spathulata were carried out using different chromatographic techniques (column chromatography and thin layer chromatography). One compound were isolated and identified as lupeol acetate (1). This compound have never been reported and isolated from this species. The structures of this compound were elucidated based on the basis of detailed 1D-NMR (1H, 13C and DEPT) and 2DNMR (COSY, HSQC, HMBC) spectroscopic analysis. The data analysis was also compared with the literature...

Abstract
The aim of this study was to extract and identify the chemical compounds isolated from Alstonia spathulata and Kopsia singapurensis. The isolated compounds were tested for their biological activities include cytotoxicity (MCF-7 cell line), antibacterial (Bacillus cereus) and antioxidant (DPPH). The separation of the chemical components from both species was carried out using different chromatographic techniques (column chromatography and thin layer chromatography). The structures of isolated compounds have been elucidated through spectral analysis including 1D-NMR (1H, 13C and DEPT), 2D-NMR (1H-1H COSY, HSQC/HMQC and HMBC), IR, UV, MS (GCMS) and also by comparison with previous literature data. Studies on the chemical constituents of the bark of Alstonia spathulata has led to the isolation of five triterpenes; β-amyrin 113, β-amyrin acetate 114, β-sitosterol 115, lupeol acetate 116, stigmasterol 117 and a mixture of three triterpenes (lupeol 118, α-amyrin 119 and β-amyrin 113). Fo.....

Abstract
In Malaysia, Alstonia spathulata Bl. is locally known as ‘Pulai Basong’ which distribute in peat forest. The separation of the chemical components from hexane and DCM crude extract of Alstonia spathulata was carried out using column chromatography (CC) and thin layer chromatography (TCL) techniques. A total of five known compound were isolated from the stem bark extracts and identified as: β-amyrin, β-amyrin acetate, lupeol acetate, stigmasterol and β-sitosterol. The elucidation structures of these compounds were established using 1D-NMR (1H, 13C and DEPT) and 2D-NMR (COSY, HSQC, HMBC) spectroscopic analysis, involving also comparison with data from the literature...

Abstract
This research aimed to identify the effects of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Readiness (RD), and Resource Availability (RA) on the intention to adopt the Internet of Things (IoT) for marketing among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Selangor. Selangor was chosen due to its high concentration of SMEs, making it the state with the largest number of such enterprises in Malaysia. A quantitative survey was conducted, using a sample of 387 respondents consisting of Chief Executive Officers, Board Members, and Managers who serve as decision-makers within these SMEs. The sample was identified through simple random sampling, descriptive data analysis, correlation, and multiple linear regression were applied to assess the effects of the variables. The findings revealed positive relationships between IoT adoption and PEOU (r = 0.921, n = 387, p < .001), RD (r = 0.892, n = 387, p < .001), and RA (r = 0.686, n = 387, p < .001). The high R-Square value of .993 significant F statistic confirm th.....

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to build and prepare a teaching and learning module of Malay Keris handicraft that the educators can utilize in their teaching in the secondary schools. This research is focussed in producing a Malay Keris handicraft product whereby it had been thought theoritically only, before, during the teaching process. Therefore, from the results of this research the writer has developed a teaching and learning module of Keris handicraft based on the Curriculum Specifications fixed by the Ministry of Education and Curriculum Development Centre. The results of this research indicated that ‘keris’ is actually one of the traditional Malay handicrafts that its sovereignty should be preserved as a Malay symbol. Other than that, the writer wants to know whether this traditional Malay handicraft can be accepted in the teaching and learning process and whether it changes the students’ interpretation in learning a new thing. Besides looking at the development of Keris.....

Abstract
The most important thing about reading is comprehension. Reading comprehension is the heart and soul of reading (Block, Gambrell & Pressley, 2003). Learning to read with good comprehension is a complex task. Comprehension is complicated and it requires strategies to construct meaning effectively. Because of its significance, this study is to investigate the strategies used by students to construct, to monitor and to evaluate what they are reading. Think-aloud protocol analysis is the method used in this study. The think-aloud protocol are the coded according to the procedure developed by Cote & Goldman (2004) which involved five concrete reading strategies: self-explanation, paraphrase, prediction, association and monitoring. The results indicate that better students used a wide range of strategies to construct meaning. Monitoring, a skill which is often cited as important to comprehension (Reutzel & Cooter, 2005) is evident in all the think-aloud protocols. The weaker students identif.....

Abstract
An Adolescence that called teenager started from the age of 11 or 12 years until the early twenties. The main thing that happens in adolescence is the search for identity. Human identity can occur over the internet where when communication persists between individuals who connect in interaction within it, each individual determines itself as a member of a group, accepts the values of the group, accepts the role of an individual from the group members, as well as determine differences and similarities with group members who included in such interactions.. This study uses descriptive quantitative method that is intended to see how the image of self identity in adolescents who experience internet addiction. Data collection using self-identity scale and internet addiction scale and data analysis using descriptive statistic. Research shows that the majority of subjects are on the status of achievement identity 37 people (35.19%), followed by subjects who are on the status of moratorium iden.....
