This research aims to find out how the curriculum of Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions in organizational cadre formation. This research focuses on curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach and is designed as a case study type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses reduction, data presentation, and conclusions, while checking the validity of triangulation of data sources, methods and theories. This research shows that educational institution curriculum planning for organizational regeneration is carried out carefully, including basic planning or curriculum foundation, educator preparation, subject and program preparation. There are five elements in the Quranic Class (BM: Kelas Kemahiran Quran/KKQ) including Qiraat. Teaching Qiraat requires teachers to be competent in many aspects, specifically in practicing Qiraat in the classroom. Previous research has highlighted the low level of student achievement in these skills. However, there is limited evidence on the level of competencies among teachers. The present study aims to assess competency level among KKQ teachers in teaching Qiraat Sab'ah. Using the survey method, survey data were collected from 46 KKQ teachers at Johor. The questionnaire was set to assess teachers’ knowledge, teaching skill, and teaching practices in Qiraat Sab'ah among KKQ teachers. Findings show that teachers have various level of knowledge in Qiraat, the level of skills among teachers in Qiraat is at a moderately high, and the most common method used in teaching practice among teachers is by asking student to practice Qiraat and assess their level of performance in the classroom......

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh efikasi kendiri dan kepimpinan instruksional terhadap prestasi kerja dalam kalangan guru besar. Kajian yang berbentuk kuantitatif  deskriptif ini dilakukan secara tinjauan dengan menggunakan soal selidik yang diadaptasi daripada  instrumen The Principal Sense of Efficacy Scale, Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale  dan Personality Inventory. Seramai 178 orang guru besar telah dipilih secara rawak berstrata  mengikut kadar dari sekolah rendah zon tengah Sarawak yang terdiri dari daerah Kanowit, Kapit,  Song, Julau, Meradong, Sarikei, Sibu dan Selangau. Data dikumpul dan dianalisis menggunakan  statistik deskriptif dan inferens. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa efikasi kendiri berada pada  tahap tinggi (M=4.58, SD=0.29), kepimpinan instruksional (M=4.44, SD=0.32) dan prestasi kerja  (M=4.45, SD=0.36). The use of debt financing strategy by the Nigeria government to promote socioeconomic development has rather impacted negatively on the growth potentials of the economy and deepen the country debt in the global community. The survey research design was used in this study. With a sample size of 636 populace, the study used a convenient sampling technique. The Socioeconomic Impact of Islamic Banking Products Survey (SIBP) with high reliability coefficient and descriptive statistics were employed. The findings shows that Islamic banking and services promotes socio-economic development, engendered the growth of SMEs, enhance foreign direct investment (FDI) inflow and create friendly business environment by improving the ease of doing business through access to financial resources. Based on the study, Islamic banking product and services are catalyst that promotes social welfare and reduce poverty rate thereby engendering socio-economic development in Nigeria. Kelahiran Anak Tak Sah Taraf (ATST) semakin membimbangkan apabila data menunjukkan kes-kes rogol sering meningkat saban hari. Anak-anak ini menjadi mangsa keadaan apabila penamaan nasab mereka tidak dapat dinamakan kepada bapa biologinya. Mereka didakwa melakukan pelbagai masalah sosial dalam tempoh tumbesaran akibat kekeliruan terhadap penamaan nasab mereka. Abstrak: Kurikulum bahasa Arab telah mengalami inovasi dan perubahan dengan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (KSSR) dan Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Menengah (KSSM). Melalui kurikulum baru ini penggunaan lughatul fasli dalam pengajaran dan pemudahcaraan (PdPc) mula diperkenalkan. Lughatul fasli ialah bahasa pengendalian kelas yang selalu digunakan oleh guru sebagai bahasa perantaraan menyampaikan isi kandungan pelajaran ketika berinteraksi dengan murid dalam kelas. Melalui penggunaan lughatul fasli yang berterusan ia mampu menambah serta memupuk minat murid untuk mempelajari bahasa Arab. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pelaksanaan Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah (PBD) dalam kalangan guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan (PJK). Penilaian secara kuantitatif ini menggunakan model penilaian KIPP dan telah dijalankan ke atas guru-guru PJK di daerah Kota Setar, Kedah. Kajian ini menentukan tahap pelaksanaan PBD PJK berdasarkan empat dimensi model penilaian iaitu Konteks, Input, Proses dan Produk. Kajian ini juga mengukur pengaruh dimensi Konteks, Input, Proses terhadap dimensi Produk, dan seterusnya menentukan peramal terbaik antara ketiga-tiganya. Sejumlah 200 orang guru PJK di daerah Kota Setar dijadikan sampel kajian ini berdasarkan kaedah pensampelan kluster. Soal selidik digunakan dalam kajian ini bagi pengumpulan data kajian. Kesahan konstruk soal selidik ini dibuktikan dengan nilai kolerasi skor dengan jumlah skor yang berada dalam julat 0.301 hingga 0.931.
