Kajian ini berkaitan dengan Eksplorasi lakaran secara bertema serta kesan terhadap kreativiti kanak-kanak prasekolah. Hasil kajian yang telah dijalankan, mendapati bahawa guru prasekolah menjalankan aktiviti pengajaran dan pembelajaran terbatas kepada tema yang telah ditetapkan. Guru kurang memberikan kebebasan kepada kanakkanak dalam aktiviti melakar dan mereka tidak dapat membuat penerokaan yang menyeluruh. Ini akan memberikan kesan yang negatif terhadap perkembangan kreativiti kanak-kanak diperingkat prasekolah. Kajian ini telah dijalankan terhadap 25 orang kanak-kanak prasekolah di sekolah daerah Kuala Terengganu dengan menggunakan pendekatan lakaran bertemakan kenderaan. Hasil lakaran kanak-kanak dijadikan dokumen utama dalam proses analisis. Dapatan daripada kajian ini, menunjukkan bahawa kanak-kanak yang menghasilkan lakaran bertema, kurang menonjolkan kreativiti mereka. A family unit needs a good leader to produce quality human resources and better experiences in relationships. A critical analysis in the discourse of the Prophet should be undertaken to discover his showmanship of a great leader in the family. The analysis of hadith discourse in the critical perspective of the language of the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) marriage life is still less given attention rather than general analysis of the prophet’s leadership. The purpose of the study is to identify leadership language practices through textual narration and thus, interpret hadith discourse through discursive study to explain the practices. Eleven hadith related by Aisya R.A was selected to show the leadership language during their marriage. Analysis is conducted using Fairclough’s threedimensional model in critical discourse analysis. This research is to design and develop an initial psychometric evaluation of the Quality Early Childhood Care and Education (QECCE) scale. The procedure of developing the QECCE item scale was conducted by using the sequential missed method research approach. The study involved 2464 samples. Systematic reviews were carried out to identify the related constructs for the items, and discussion with expert panels for its validity has been done, followed by an examination of the psychometric quality of the items. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA) generated a four factoring model with 22 items. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) has proven all the items achieve the minimum thresholds of model fit. Based on structural equation modeling (SEM) outputs, the QECCE scale successfully explained 63.25% of the total variance. This study focused on the influence of learning organization practice toward teacher leadership among secondary school teachers in the state of Perak. The quantitative approach of descriptive correlational design has been used in this study. The sample consists of 400 teachers from 50 secondary schools in Perak. The data were analyzed using mean and multiple regression. Findings indicate that the level of organizational learning practice (mean = 3.78) is at a high level. In addition, the results show that the learning organizational variables, which is individual learning (β = 0.57, p = 0.05) is the main influence on teacher leadership and followed by global learning (β = 0.25, p = 0.05). A total of 53 percent of variation in teacher leadership is explained by learning organizational variables. This study aims to determine the application of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) to the organizational commitment and work performance of the Midwife of Public Health Centre in Banyumas Regency. Central Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The sample of this study were 243 midwives with the following criteria: minimum education D3 midwifery, minimum working period of one year and minimum age of 22 years. The data analysis technique uses SEM AMOS. Model fit is shown by good and significant goodness of fit results. The concept of social entrepreneurship is increasingly popular throughout the world. In Malaysia, among the issues often being discussed is pertinent to the employability of its graduates in the job market and the reluctance of those graduates to kick-start any of entrepreneurship ventures. This issue needs to be wisely taken as university students will be the valuable human capital force for the country. This paper focuses on the relationship between the Islamic stock market, sukuk, Islamic bank assets and the macroeconomic variables in Malaysia by looking at the market reaction of Islamic shares represented by the FBMES Index to the selected Islamic finance instruments and macroeconomic variables. The Vector Auto Regression (VAR) method was applied to the model of the study. The selected variables to be used in this study comprised the FBMES Shariah Index (FBMES), Sukuk Issuance (SI), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Real Effective Exchange Rate (REER), Islamic Bank Assets (IBA), Islamic Interbank Rate (IIR), Crude Palm Oil Prices (CPO) and Crude Oil Prices (CO). The aim of this research is to discuss the concepts and practice of social entrepreneurship among mosque institutions in Malaysia.The method used in this study is qualitative analysis. A review of the extant literature and observation were carried out for collecting primary and secondary data. In-depth interviews with key informants such the chairman, bursary and secretary of the mosques institutions were also conducted.The findings have helped in developing a checklist framework for categorising and assisting the mosque institutions to transform into a mosquepreneur.The checklist formed is used as a guidelines in evaluating mosquepreneur in Malaysia.This study produces a new checklist of characteristics of the mosquepreneur model.  ..
