A growing focus has recently been on membrane distillation (MD) technology as a potential separation method for desalination through various MD configurations. This review examines its impacts on groundwater droughts, flood risks, urban heat islands, agriculture, food security, and public health. Groundwater resources across the subcontinent faced depletion due to intricate links between land-use changes and anthropogenic activities. The impact of flipped learning on students` critical thinking: A systematic literature review

Flipped learning is a revolutionary teaching method that disrupts traditional learning environments by providing instruction outside of the classroom. This strategy enables students to engage with the subject at their convenience and encourages active learning in the classroom. The current study is a comprehensive literature analysis that looks into the impact of flipped learning on student critical thinking skills. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) criteria were utilized to ensure that the article selection was valid and reliable. The articles were selected from some credible databases, such as Eric, Scopus, and ProQuest. After the selection procedure, the systematic review yielded 23 relevant articles to be further reported. Mapping proteomic response to salinity stress tolerance in oil crops: Towrads enhanced plant resilience

Exposure to saline environments significantly hampers the growth and productivity of oil crops, harmfully affecting their nutritional quality and suitability for biofuel production. This presents a critical challenge, as understanding salt tolerance mechanisms in crops is key to improving their performance in coastal and high-salinity regions. From an extensive analysis of proteomic research, featured here are key genes and cellular pathways which react to salt stress. This systematic literature review focuses on the elements that contribute to teachers’ workload and its impact on their well-being. In general, researchers have conducted several pertinent studies on the issue of teachers' workload, therefore it is not a particularly new one. Regretfully, the majority of past research did not include the wellbeing of teachers. The genus has been used locally in the treatment of bronchitis, blood diseases, fevers, and to alleviate a burning sensation. The possibility of fabricating flexible and simple electronic devices offers many advantages for electronic devices, such as energy storage, wearable devices, and smart devices. Graphene conductive ink has gained much attention from scientists owing to its excellent electrical, optical, and mechanical properties. Numerous scientists have reported the modification of graphene properties to meet the demand for the application. Among the presented graphene synthesis methods, the electrochemical exfoliation process is simple, low-cost, and environmentally friendly. Work outcomes and well-being among working women: A systematic literature review

The impact of work outcomes (work stress, work-life balance, workplace bullying, and support) on the well-being of working women has been argued for decades. As the rate of employed women rises, the negative impacts of work outcomes on well-being require urgent investigation to retain employees. Thus, this review identifies the associations between work outcomes and psychological well-being among working women. Utilising seven databases (EBSCOhost Research Database, Scopus, Sage Publications, PubMed, Taylor and Francis Online, Google Scholar, and Wiley Online), a total of 13 quantitative studies and ten qualitative studies were included in the review. This review reported moderate links between work stress and well-being (r = -0.20 to -0.44), weak to strong links between work-life balance and well-being (r = 0.12 to 0.70), moderate links between workplace bullying and well-being (r = -0.21 to -0.24), and weak to moderate links between support and well-being (r = 0.20 to 0.38). People are expected to have both a high level of self-efficacy and a strong sense of cross-cultural awareness due to the growing frequency of cross-cultural interactions. For fields like education, psychology, and cross-cultural communication, it can be very crucial to comprehend how cross-cultural awareness affects self-efficacy. 60 relevant articles were found after a thorough assessment of the literature on the subject using thematic analysis of the CNKI and Google Scholar databases.
