Abstract

Al-Qira'at al-Shadhdhah is a rejected recitation style which is not considered as part of the Qur'an. It is due to its inability to comply with the rules of Qira'at recitation set forth by the Ulama'. Among those companions who are frequently associated with Al-Qira'at al-Shadhdhah is "Abd Allah bin Mas'ut r.a. even though he has high reputation and credibility. There are several Qira'at originated from Ibn Mas'ud which are neglected and considered as Shadhdhah especially after the event of Qur'anic collection and rewriting during the reigns of "Uthman r.a. Thus, this incident has given vast opportunities to the enemy and commentators of Islam as a tool to attack authenticity of the Qur'an. Analysis of meteorological drought in Tihama Plain, Yemen using Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI)

Abstract

Meteorological drought occurs when precipitation rate is less than usual for a period of time in affected areas. This article aims to analyse the meteorological drought in the Tihama Plain, as one of the most important agricultural areas in Yemen contributing 42 percent to the total agricultural production in the country. The study attempts to find out if the plain is currently facing drought conditions through analysing the rainfall data obtained from five meteorological stations for the past 30 years (1980-2010). The Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) method normally gives best results regardless of other climatic parameters such as humidity, minimum and maximum temperature, potential evapotranspiration and sun hours as it gives accurate result using only precipitation data. Kajian ini membincangkan proses al-takhalli dan al-tahalli yang berfokus kepada sebuah kitab yang bertajuk Jala' al-Qulub Bi Dhikr Allah oleh Hj. ‘Abd Al-Samad ibn Muhammad Salih al-Kalantani (Tuan Tabal). Al-takhalli dan al-tahalli ialah satu proses penyucian dan penjernihan jiwa yang merupakan satu persoalan penting dalam disiplin ilmu Tasawuf yang semakin ditinggalkan dan dilupakan oleh sebilangan besar umat Islam malah dianggap amalan yang sesat. Perbandingan pemikiran al-Farabi dengan al-Dihlawi tentang konsep nubuwwah dalam kitab Ara Ahl al-Madinah al-Fadilah dan Hujjah Allah al-Balighah

Abstract

Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan konsep nubuwwah mengikut perspektif al-Farabi (m. 950M) dan al-Dihlawi (m. 1763M) berdasarkan kitab Ara’ Ahl al-Madinah al-Fadilah dan Hujjah Allah al-Balighah. Kajian ini juga mengkaji rahsia syariat (asrar al-syari‘ah) dan kebenaran perutusan para Nabi sebagaimana yang diketengahkan oleh kedua-dua tokoh tersebut. Penyelidikan ini berbentuk kualitatif secara penyelidikan kepustakaan. Ia menggunakan metode induktif, deduktif dan komparatif dalam menganalisis data-data penyelidikan dan membuat perbandingan terhadap pemikiran kedua-dua tokoh. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa kriteria al- quwwah al-mutakhayyalah (daya imaginasi) dan mufahhamun (golongan yang diberi faham) merupakan sifat para Nabi yang telah berjaya membangunkan peradaban tamadun manusia. Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran Ibn ‘Ata’ Allah al-Sakandari terhadap konsep ikhtiyar al-‘Ibad berdasarkan karya beliau bertajuk al-Tanwir fi Isqat al-Tadbir. Kajian berbentuk kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan melalui analisis dokumen secara induktif dan deduktif. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan pemikiran Ibn ‘Ata’ Allah al-Sakandari terhadap konsep ikhtiyar al-‘Ibad adalah mengikut manhaj sufi Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama’ah. Implikasinya mendapati bahawa beliau tidak menolak usaha dan ikhtiar manusia sebagai satu elemen dalam konsep tawakalnya. Abstract

Model teater fitrah merupakan satu kerangka dalam menentukan fitrah sesebuah teater. Dalam hal ini, model teater fitrah merupakan acuan daripada prinsip teater fitrah yang dikemukakan Noordin Hassan. Ironinya, model teater fitrah merupakan satu model yang telah dikembangkan bersandarkan kepada prinsip teater fitrah. Walau bagaimanapun, kedua-duanya (model dan prinsip) tetap menyalurkan konsep pementasan yang jitu berasaskan agama Islam. Oleh yang demikian, makalah ini bertujuan mengaplikasikan model teater fitrah terhadap drama “Tiang Seri Tegak Berlima” karya Noordin Hassan. This study aimed to investigate the direct impact of total quality management (TQM), leadership, innovation, and organizational culture on the organizational performance of the Dubai police, and the mediating role of organizational culture. A quantitative research approach was employed. Data were collected using questionnaires from a sample of 314 Dubai Police officers, which were selected using the cluster random sampling technique. The preliminary analysis and descriptive statistics were run using SPSS version 25 while hypotheses were tested using the structural equation modelling via Smart PLS version 3. The study aimed to shed light on one of the poets of the pre-independence period. And clarify that the Sudanese poets in the period before the independence of Sudan used their poems to glorify the Sudanese cities in which they lived and expressed their patriotism and encouraged them to defeat injustice and build homelands. Analisis hadis-hadis marfu yang Mu Allah berkaitan Mu amalat Maliah dalam Al-Sunan Al-Arabah

Abstract

Hadis mu_allah merupakan hadis yang mengandungi _illah atau kecacatan tersembunyi padanya dan berlaku pada riwayat-riwayat perawi yang thiqah. Oleh itu, ia hanya dapat diketahui oleh nuqqad hadis sahaja. Terdapat 13 Bentuk-bentuk hadis mu_allah juga dikenal pasti terdapat dalam hadis marfu_ dalam Al-Sunan Al-Arba_ah khususnya Mu_amalat Maliah. Kajian mendapati bahawa sebahagian muhaqqiq hadis kontemporari tidak menitikberatkan soal pengaplikasian ilmu _ilal hadis ketika melakukan kajian terhadap sesebuah hadis. Oleh kerana itu, terdapat hadis-hadis mu_allah yang dinilai sahih atau hasan oleh mereka. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis status hadis-hadis mu_allah berkaitan Mu_amalat Maliah yang terdapat dalam Al-Sunan Al-Arba_ah. Selain itu, kajian ini juga mengenalpasti terdapat lapan faktor-faktor penulis Al-Sunan Al-Arba_ah memasukkan hadis mu'allah dalam kitab Sunan mereka.
