Abstract
Year by year, increasing number of at-risk student who enter schools has been found in Malaysia. Various studies on at-risk students had been conducted by researchers; however, none of the studies focused on the moral reasoning of such students. This study investigated the moral reasoning and the characteristics of at-risk students in two welfare institutions which are situated in Melaka. The theory of moral reasoning by Lawrence Kohlberg (1984) became the theoretical foundation in this study. The participants were three male students from School 1 and three female students from School 2. The study employed focus group discussions and individual interviews as data collection methods. The moral reasoning of the participants was explained by their responses to six hypothetical moral dilemma scenarios, while their characteristics were explained by their responses to semi -structured interview questions. In general, the findings revealed that the participants in this study 1) reasoned at c.....

Abstract
This conceptual paper attempts to provide an understanding of the importance of outcome-based education (OBE) approach for teaching and learning development. As a theory of education, OBE has certain beliefs and assumptions about learning, teaching and the systemic structures within these activities. The results of OBE approach are expressed in terms of individual student learning and they are expected to achieve the two long-term benefits : i) OBE is able to measure ‗what the students are capable of doing‘ and ii) OBE goes beyond ‗structured tasks‘ by demanding that students demonstrate their skills through more challenging tasks. The OBE system also can be benefited when the outcomes are used to guide instructional planning. In Malaysia, the OBE system is implemented by the Malaysia Quality Agency (MQA). The Agency holds the task to improve the quality of human capital in the country from three main aspects namely, knowledge, skills and attitude...

Abstract
Abstract
Kumpulan rawatan menjalani  proses pengajara.....

Abstract
The split delivery vehicle routing problem (SDVRP) is a relaxed  version of the classical VRP where customers can be visited more  than once. The SDVRP is also applicable for problems where one or  more of the customers require a demand larger than the vehicle  capacity. Constructive heuristics adapted from the parallel savings  and the sweep methods are first proposed to generate a set of  solutions which is then used in the new and more efficient set  covering-based formulation which we put forward. An effective repair  mechanism to remedy any infeasibility due to the set covering  problem is presented. A reduced set of promising routes is used in our model, instead of the original set of routes, proposing and using well defined reduction schemes. This set covering-based approach is  tested on large datasets from the literature with encouraging results. In brief, seven best solutions including ties are found among the 137 SDVRP instances...

Abstract
The implementation of the SME Masterplan 2012-2020 for the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is expected to raise contribution share to total exports in gross domestic product (GDP) by 2020 in Malaysia. Questionnaire is a main instrument for the data collection. Respondents consist of 14 SMEs. Sample size was determined after the discussion with the staff of SME Corp. Malaysia in the head office in Kuala Lumpur in this year, 2018. Majority of SMEs are from Selangor, followed by Perak and Kedah. Tablets/smartphones are the most popular types of ICT device among the respondent SMEs. In general, most respondents have only a moderate level of ICT usage in their business operations. Meanwhile, their level of e.....

Abstract
As the application of colored designs on cloth using wax in certain areas in decorating items of clothing, Batik is made through several steps that come from drawing the pattern on the paper followed by imitating the pattern on fabric, which is called ngeblat. The next phase is followed by drawing the pattern using wax, which is called mencanting. The subsequent step is the process of coloring the pattern of Batik, called pencoletan, and then subsequently followed by color-locking on Batik through covering the Batik with wax, namely basic color dyeing. This process is called menembok. The final step is making the panting process through washing, called nglorod. This process should attempt to maintain Batik with cultural sustainability, as its process contains several values, such as discipline, creativity, independence, patriotism, responsibility, cooperation, and environmental care. Based on this background, this paper attempts to examine the Batik’s cultural design and to explore i.....
