This survey-correlational research aimed to determine the levels of readability of the grade eight English manual, reading skills, which constitute vocabulary and fluency, and the students_ reading comprehension of the grade eight students. The _standard_ readability level of the grade 8 learners_ module indicates that the literary pieces and readings included in it are comprehensible. Grade 8 students are proficient readers; they have the skill in vocabulary and fluency. They can pronounce most of the words with accuracy and understand most of the English words and even give meaning to them. The level of reading comprehension of the grade 8 students is developing. After the remarkable property surge in the first half of 2010s decade (2010-2014), the Malaysian property market has then moved into a period of oversupply and price overhang, which pose more challenges for REIT managers. Unlike most previous research that mainly compared various risk-adjusted performance measures among REITs, this research looks into whether size of portfolio, fundamental performance measures (net property income and dividend yield) and types of property managed by REITs influence their risk-adjusted performance measure of Jensen alpha. Based on a sample of 16 Malaysian REITs over the period 2015-2017, regression results generally show that there is no significant relationship between any of these determinants and Jensen alpha. Furthermore, only one out of the 16 M-REITs has a positive Jensen alpha and outperforms the benchmark FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index. This paper analyzed the challenges faced by working parents in guiding their children during online learning. It will focus on issues related to technology, time and parents' knowledge related to their children's online learning. Qualitative method was adopted and 41 parents were interviewed through Google form. Urban areas were chosen as there is a lack of studies conducted on parents' challenges in urban areas. Findings showed that parents have average to good knowledge on technology and they are willing to learn on the platforms used by schools and spend time to accompany their children_s learning at home. This study aimed to find out the factors that have an impact and impact of quality of work life and work health life balance of pharmaceutical employees. This study also will identify the relationships between the factors of quality of life with Work-Life balance. The aim of this investigation was to study the effects of scaffolding in improving students' essay  writing especially narrative writing in a Form Five classroom. The scaffoldings utilized for this  study are brainstorming, mind mapping and group work. The objectives of this study were to minimize  errors in pupils' essays. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menilai tahap keberkesanan kaaedah Teater Membaca dalam meningkatkan tahap literasi awal sebutan Bahasa Melayu dalam kalangan kanak-kanak di tadika. This study aims to develop a Classroom Activity-Based Instructional Design (CAID) Model to support teachers in teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL) through activity-based teaching in universities in Beijing. The research was conducted in three phases. In Phase I, a need analysis was carried out with 285 TCFL teachers through an online survey, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics of mean scores and standard deviations. The findings revealed issues in activity design, implementation, and evaluation, highlighting the need for a systematic CAID model to guide teachers. In Phase II, the design stage involved semi-structured interviews with five experts, who confirmed the proposed components and elements while suggesting three additional elements. In the development stage, 19 experts validated the model using the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), and the results confirmed that all components and elements were accepted with expert consensus exceeding 75%, threshold values.....
