With the rapid expansion of data availability, statistical modeling has become essential for analyzing intricate economic and trade relationships. Despite the increasing application of advanced statistical methods in international trade research, this study employing the Finite Mixture Model (FMM) with Bayesian estimation for time series data remain scarce. Given the heterogeneity and structural complexity inherent in trade data, FMM is particularly well-suited for capturing latent patterns and underlying market dynamics. This study aimed to determine the effects of change management on the performance of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) banking sector. The study also examined the mediating effect of organisational culture and power in explaining the relationship between the studied variables. A quantitative approach was employed in this study. The sample consist of 229 respondents, who were selected using simple random sampling. Aquestionnaire was used as the instrument to collect survey responses. Data were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test relationships between the studied variables. The findings reveal that change management has positive and significant effects on M&A performance (_ = 0.287, t= 3.269, p < 0.001). This study examines how teachers in China_s compulsory education system adjust their teaching under the Double Reduction policy, which seeks to reduce homework and off-campus tutoring while safeguarding learning quality. The study aimed to (1) describe teachers_ perceptions of policy legitimacy and feasibility, (2) test whether teacher agency predicts instructional adaptation and instructional innovation, and (3) explore how these practices relate to teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and professional well-being. Kajian ini berdasarkan pendekatan Motivational Interviewing dan Cognitive Behaviour Therapy dalam meningkatkan tahap perubahan motivasi, daya tindak dan tingkah laku agresif murid Tingkatan Empat di dua buah sekolah menengah Daerah Klang, Selangor. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menilai tahap dan hubungan bagi penguasaan penggunaan ICT dari aspek pedagogi dan teknikal dalam kalangan guru Matematik Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan, serta pengaruhnya terhadap pencapaian murid berdasarkan pengalaman mengajar guru. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kuantitatif melalui pendekatan kajian tinjauan. This study aimed to identify the motivations for engaging with sports clubs' social media accounts using the Use and Gratification Theory (U&G). Furthermore, it explored engagement activities based on the Consumers' Online Brand-Related Activities (COBRAs) approach. In addition, the study examined how engagement motivation influences engagement activities and how these activities affect brand attachment and brand loyalty. It used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire administered to 939 football fans in Oman and employed Smart PLS for structural equation modeling. The results indicated that "Consumption Activities" were rated highly (M=4.71), "Contributing Activities" received a medium rating (M=3.92), and "Creating Activities" were considered low (M=3.18). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai keberkesanan kaedah Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) dalam meningkatkan kemahiran penulisan cerpen dalam kalangan murid Tingkatan 4 yang mengambil mata pelajaran Bahasa Tamil. Permasalahan utama yang dikenal pasti ialah murid menghadapi kesukaran untuk mengembangkan idea, menggunakan kosa kata yang sesuai serta membina struktur ayat yang gramatis dalam penulisan cerpen, Selain itu, tahap minat membaca yang rendah turut mempengaruhi kualiti penulisan murid. In this study, we propose two innovative numerical methods for solving Klein- Gordon equations: the Zafar Projected Differential Transform Method (ZPDTM) and the Laplace Projected Differential Transform Method (LPDTM). By integrating the Zafar and Laplace transforms respectively with the Projected Differential Transform Method, these approaches offer improved computational efficiency and enhanced solution accuracy. The performance of both methods is demonstrated through their application to linear and nonlinear forms of the Klein-Gordon equation, showing strong agreement with exact solutions and reduced computational overhead. These results highlight the versatility and reliability of ZPDTM and LPDTM in addressing complex differential models encountered in physics and engineering. Colorectal cancer is the second most frequent kind of cancer worldwide. The treatment may comprise surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. More than half of cancer treatments are derived from natural sources, such as capsaicin. The biggest challenge is to get the disease under control as much as possible while causing as little harm to the healthy tissues around it. Cells were treated with an extract, Capsaicin of (chili peppers) and irradiated at 1 Gy, 3 Gy and 5 Gy. The MTT test was used to determine viability, and absorbance was measured at 570 nm using a Counter reader (Mutiskan EX, Thermo Lab systems). Capsaicin extract has shown a potential radiosensitizing effect in vitro for colorectal cancer. The inhibition effect in the cell lines was not selective and is significantly different from conventional radiotherapy.
