This dissertation aims to explore the integration of Confucian humanistic thought with modern Chinese enterprise management. Employing a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative and quantitative research, it analyzes key elements, pathways, and effects of integrating Confucian principles into corporate governance through typical enterprise case studies. Furthermore, utilizing questionnaire surveys and interviews, it investigates employee satisfaction regarding the incorporation of these ideas into management practices. Finally, a systematic comparative analysis is conducted based on the findings from both types of research.The study reveals that the impact of integrating Confucian humanistic thought into modern Chinese enterprise management varies across dimensions such as employee satisfaction and market competitiveness. This study investigates the effects of Dalton Plan-based instruction on learner autonomy and reading performance among non-English major students enrolled in college English course in China. It addresses the limitations of teacher-centered instruction in College English courses, particularly its failure to cultivate learner autonomy, which contributes notably to students' poor reading proficiency. The Dalton Plan-based instruction in this study included weekly individual sessions and monthly class conferences, tailored to address student-reported issues in reading assignments. A quasi-experimental design was employed to achieve the research objectives. This study examines the impact of workforce diversity on innovation performance among steel manufacturers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with a focus on risk orientation as a moderating factor. Utilizing a quantitative research design, 400 employees were randomly selected from a population of 10 steel companies, resulting in 351 valid responses after accounting for outliers. The analysis was conducted using SMART PLS 4.0 software. The instrument used in this study consists of 68 items, demonstrating high reliability and validity. The findings reveal significant impacts of age (_=0.341, p=0.00), education (_=0.45, p=0.00), language (_=0.123, p=0.02), religious beliefs (_=-0.114, p=0.00), and values (_=0.083, p=0.00) on innovation performance. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) as a new learning platform are rapidly growing, providing  learners with positive learning outcomes. Although past studies have highlighted the experiences in  MOOCs from the perspectives of learners, the insights to the satisfaction in learning within the  MOOC context is still marginal. Based on the Community oflnquiry (Col) model and Self-Regulated  Leaming (SRL) theory, this study has examined the relationships between teaching presence, social  presence, cognitive presence, self-regulated learning, and learners' satisfaction in Malaysia  MOOCs. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk merangka strategi bagi meningkatkan tahap keselamatan nelayan pinggir pantai semasa operasi penangkapan ikan di negeri Perak. Selain itu, kajian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti serta menilai faktor-faktor penyumbang kepada kemalangan yang melibatkan nelayan. The consumer services industry plays a crucial role in supporting regional economies and improving the quality of urban life. In Shandong Province, however, its development has shown clear disparities between coastal and inland cities, reflecting uneven resource allocation and infrastructure conditions. Although these differences are widely recognized, there has been a lack of systematic spatial modeling to explain the mechanisms shaping such heterogeneity. This study applies a spatial modeling approach to examine the regional consumer services industry in Shandong Province. The aim of this study is to promote the high - quality development of inclusive higher education in China and enhance the satisfaction of college students with disabilities. This research employed a mixed - methods approach to investigate the current satisfaction status of college students with disabilities in inclusive education in China and the factors influencing their satisfaction. Specifically, quantitative analysis was performed using SPSS on the data collected from 578 college students with disabilities via questionnaires, and qualitative analysis was conducted using Nvivo 11 on the interviews with 20 college students with disabilities. The results indicate that the satisfaction levels of college students with disabilities have not yet reached satisfactory benchmarks. Tujuan utama kajian ini adalah untuk membangunkan modul tatabahasa khusus untuk kelas bercantum, yang menjadi cabaran utama guru Bahasa Tamil di Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Zon Utara Malaysia. Modul Pengajaran Tatabahasa Kelas Bercantum DELIMa 2.0 (TaBaTKeB) dibangunkan berasaskan pendekatan Reka Bentuk dan Pembangunan (DDR) dengan gabungan kaedah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pembangunan modul ini berpandukan Model Pembinaan Modul Sidek, Model Rosset dalam fasa analisis keperluan, serta Model Kebolehgunaan Produk (CUE) dalam fasa penilaian. Fasa analisis keperluan melibatkan lapan orang guru melalui temu bual separa berstruktur dan pemerhatian PdPc yang dianalisis menggunakan perisian N-vivo 15.
